Fraud Alert: Guy tried to charge $375 to unclog a slow draining tub. He was quickly shiwn the door!!! Total robbery. STAY AWAY!!!

Amazing! Ned came out same day to take a look at our water heater. Previous company recommended to replace the whole thing, he was able to fix in within minutes! I am very disappointed with Fixologist. I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink and instead of just repairing the leak, they told me I needed a WHOLE NEW DRAIN. When all I really needed was a nut which broke that fit on the tailpipe. I’ve done some research now and feel confident I didn’t need a whole new drain! The employee also convinced me I should replace my garbage disposal with one that had more power if I wanted to get rid of kitchen odors. He was very nice and friendly so I trusted him.My home is a custom home and only 4 years old. I have spent a great deal of money on my kitchen which now looks cheap.Fixologist replaced my Blanco kitchen drains, which matched my Blanco sink, with two cheap stainless looking drains. I hadn’t noticed what he had done for a couple of weeks when the silver colored drains began to discolor. I have tried contacting them several times during the past 3 weeks. However they are now saying that this is a cosmetic issue therefore they will not replace anything or issue a partial refund so I may have someone else repair. All I want is my kitchen to look the same way it did before I let Fixologist into my home. I am very worried about letting them back into my home . I no longer feel safe. I would like a partial refund so I can have someone else exchange the two cheap drains by EZ-O with Blanco drains which match the sinks. I initially gave this place a nice review because the man was very clean and friendly. That was a mistake and I feel I was taken advantage of by this company because I am an older woman and I was without a working kitchen sink. Hopefully this review will help someone else so they don’t make the same mistake.
