Plumbing reviews in Raleigh, North Carolina

They stand behind their customers, even the small fry. We bought a very expensive tub from Hughes. Oops, they sent us the wrong one. Oops, I was home but being the husband, I didn't know it was the wrong one. Oops, the contractors brought it in, installed it, cut holes in the tile for the drain and water line and glued it to the very expensive tile. Speaking of glued, my wife came UNglued when she got home. We texted Hughes way after closing. They texted us right back and called us in the morning. Told us they would take care of everything, new tile, all labor, new plumbing, whatever it costs. No arguments, didn't even ask, they just delivered. Shipped us the right tub the next day. Look, mistakes happen but what really matters is the support you get. We got it.

We had a nice time viewing items in showroom. However getting someone to return phone calls and emails was has been impossible. I have not had to do so much to get some place to take our money lol. Being busy is one thing but being disorganized and slack is another. Too many places to get same items to deal with this.

Patty helped me find the shower head I was looking for. The Rain Machine by Jaclo. She and Melonie were so helpful and I got exactly what I wanted! Those two are amazing and I love my new shower head.

UPDATE: Google accepted my edit to their hours. It now properly reflects closed on Saturday. Please note they suggest an appointment when visiting if you plan to purchase.
We drove over an hour to their showroom because their Google hours said they were open on Saturday. They are not open on Saturday. -
We just completed a total master bath remodel and Dianna and Hughes Supply's guidance, advice, and patience were invaluable. We were overwhelmed by the fixture choices available when we visited the showroom and Dianna walked us calmly through the process and helped us make the right choices for a well appointed bathroom design that fits our tastes. She was knowledgeable about every brand and item and helped us fit the major pieces and accessories together that make a bathroom comfortable and inviting. The Kohler Hydrorail with shower heads to match our needs, separate volume and temperature controls outside the shower spray area, and a wall mounted teak seat were excellent choices. There were some issues with the remodel during the process, as there is with any major project, but Dianna and Hughes were always there for us. We look forward to working with them again and want to thank them for their time, effort, and humor in getting us through a major disruption on our life. It's always good to work with someone we can trust. Good job guys.

As soon as we met with Patti, I had complete confidence that the whole process of making the decisions on fixtures and accessories was going to be painless and stress free. She was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and fun! I would highly recommend H2O.

Worked with Dianna over 2 months with ideas for the 3 bathroom projects. She researched to be certain we had the correct fixtures to replace our old fixtures. She provided color samples and recommendations. We were able to communicate via email. The prices with her discount were better then the big box store. We did have to wait 2 weeks for our items to ship to the store and had to drive by to pick them up. Pick up was very well organized.

I wanted to write a review for H20 Kitchen and Bath in Raleigh and give Dianna Jeffries who helped us select our hardware for our master bath the special praise she deserves. They have a great showroom in Raleigh and a place where you can try out whatever shower heads your are interested in. Dianna was very patient with us and helped us select items from different manufacturers to achieve the look we wanted. Their prices are also competitive with online retailers who do not give you the service they do. We visited the Ferguson showroom also but did not receive the level of service there that we received from Dianna. I highly recommend them for your next project.

Renovating a house sounds like fun, it can be overwhelming. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place and it was all because of Patti.
Patti explained all of the fixtures for our bathroom and kitchen renovation, never rushed us, and was so patient. We had the BEST experience due to Patti's knowledge and guidance. Can't say enough good things about H2O and especially Patti. Please thank her for us, absolute pleasure to work with, she is truly a treasure. 11+ stars for customer service!!! -
Friendly staff, amazing selection, not a store for the budget conscious. It's great to be able to see and feel the fixtures, but be ready to pay for the quality you're selecting.

From beginning to end Jeff Fuller was amazing! Gave us information detailed information, and if he didn't know he would find out. Contacted us as soon as shipment came in. Thanks so much Jeff!!

Wilkinson's has a knowledgeable staff and beautiful updated showroom. I take all of my kitchen and bath clients there for plumbing selections.

Purchase of $11K worth of highest end appliances one of which was a total lemon product, company unwilling to exchange or replace or refund.
We bought $11K worth of highest end appliances 2012 from Wilkkinsons for our custom home. They sold them to us with utmost sincerity and we thought hey they'll stand behind us if anything should not work. (Capital cooking range, Miele DW, frigidaire Freezer, Fridge and Oven/Micro). Of all 5 appliances ONE of these: Frigidaire Freezer has been a complete bust - within first year needed servicing for leaking fluid, bad pipe, bad circulation. Warranty covers this. We report it saying hey thats a lot of service issues within first year, this is a faulty unit, (confirmed by the serviceperson as a lemon) and requested them to replace it. No they said, its within warrranty its normal to give Frigidaire a chance to fix it. This is after we told them we had to throw out $300 worth of frozen foods EACH SERVICE VISIT (it had rotted before they could come out to fix) thats $600 worth of tangible damage and here's the most horrifying part: HAD TO THROW BREAST MILK FOR AN INFANT bc freezer broke down. INHUMANE AND AWFUL AND HORRIFYING. NO TANGIBLE COST TO THIS. They didn't care, no sympathy just passed it onto being Frigidaire's problem. Next year 2 service calls, one for a power failure and another due to leaking fluid again. Frigiadire keeps saying we'll fix it and they do, until the next time something else breaks. I JUST WANT A NEW UNIT THAT DOESNT NEED FIXING EVERY 6 MONTHS. I DIDNT BUY IT FROM FRIGIDAIRE I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU WILKINSON so I think YOU should replace the unit you sold me. Here is the final response I received after multiple phone calls emails to their CEO and Sales person:
We have discussed this situation at length. We believe that Electrolux/Frigidaire has provided you with appropriate service and has handled the issues in a timely matter. The latest issue was unfortunately caused by external cause and not a product failure. Even in this situation we believe Electrolux/Frigidaire has responded with an appropriate solution, even though failure due to power outage is outside of the scope of the warranty. We at Wilkinson certainly empathize with the situation, but with the knowledge of what Electrolux/Frigidaire has done to date, we have decided to not replace the unit at this point.
BOTTOM LINE: I expected highest level of customer service and if I'm saying within first year of purchasing a product hey Im not happy, replace it, YOU NEED TO HABE INTEGRITY TO REPLACE IT. PERIOD. How many new mothers would tolerate OUTRAGE of throwing their precious breast milk out bc a high end freezer isn't doing its job??? Pathetic and SHAME ON YOU WILKINSON for not taking this more seriously and saying hey even though Frigiadire has washed its hands off you, since you walked into OUR store, WE will take responsibility and make you happy. Disappointing and horrifying. What kind of power do you have with maufacuterers if you just say ooops its not in our control, at least they are servicing your faulty product???? AT LEAST??? I've paid full price for that same faulty product, I've paid for a service warranty, ITS NOT FREE. They are not doing me a favor. AND NO UNIT NO MATTER WHAT SHOULD HAVE 6 SERVICE CALLS IN SPAN OF 2 YEARS.
We have been patient and happy with ALL our appliances and reasonable in our requests. Get us a new unit that doesn't keep needing repair/service. DO THE RIGHT THING. HAVE SOME INTEGRITY and stand behind your products.
WILKINSON doesn't give a damn once a customer has signed the credit card and walked out the door. STAY AWAY FROM EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Goto Fergusons. Goto manufacturer directly. Having a posh showroom and no integrity to stand behind a product and replace it if customer is not happy for WHATEVER reason is what keeps companies going. Learn something and do the right thing.
TODAY IS SEPT 2014 - still no freezer replacement for an issue that started SEPTEMBER 2012. -
We showed up unannounced without an appointment. The help we got was excellent. Noor was very nice and accommodating and worked with us for over an hour. Very productive meeting!

We had a very positive experience working with Jeff at Wilkinson Supply in Raleigh. He was very helpful in pointing us to products that fit both our preferences and our budget.
-
Terrible customer service. Tried talking to multiple reps, including the boss Paul who never returned my messagez. Its taken a month and a half to get a brand new LEMON of a dishwasher fixed. When the tech finally came, Wilkinson didn't tell us, so we missed the appointment. It'll be another week before we *might* have a working dishwasher.

Best customer service and pricing combination that I have experienced in Wake County since 2012. I like the folks here, there good people!
-
Lori was great to work with at Wilkinson. She has helped me with several projects large and small and her knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness are outstanding.
-
I had such a great experience that I needed to write a review to rave about them.
They were very fast, very professional, very impressive. They fixed my problem in no time, and continued to provide fast and effective service all along the way.
They are the type who proactively fix problems and contact you, rather than wait until something is due and complain to you. -
I had a very rough morning trying to find a very specific hot water heater for our home. Jemel was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me determine what I needed- it turned out I was looking for the wrong thing and he cleared the issue up. The quote he gave me for the item we needed was very reasonable. Great experience, highly recommend.

Superior customer service!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!! I will likely come here for all my Plumbing needs. Unlike Lowe’s and HD, they actually have all metal shower fixtures!!
