Drew was hired to repair 3 toilets in our home and also replace some plastic nuts with copper ones. He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

We had a water heater emergency and Drew responded immediately and was able to replace the water heater the next day. He is responsive, professional and does quality work. We don't search for a plumber...we just call Drew. I highly recommend PLMR!!!

Also, I asked him to flush my water heater and he educated while while he did it so that I could it myself the next. Overall he did a very good job and I would recommend.

Top notch plumber!!! Cannot say enough good about Drew! He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet for us quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His prices were beyond fair and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time! He did great work. Went above and beyond by checking our house water pressure as well! Could not recommend more highly!

Drew was the BEST plumber I ever know. He explained everything clearly. My house got water heater install as well as three toilets and faucet. All things done neat and quick. His charge is fair and reasonable. He is professional and always on time. His personality is super nice and sincere.
