Zoom Drain did an amazing job unclogging my main sewer line, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment they arrived, Alex and Evenel were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained every step of the process and made sure I understood exactly what was causing the issue. Both of them worked efficiently and kept the area clean the entire time, which I really appreciated. The job was completed quickly, and my sewer line has been running perfectly ever since. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and reassuring. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain—and especially Alex and Evenel—to anyone who needs reliable, professional drain service.

Franklin and Jose did a great job fixing the bathroom at the Victoria’s Secret I work at. They were friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly and knew what they were doing. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them!

Jose and Franklin came to my house to do some plumbing work and did a great job. They were professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. Jose came out and was amazing. My car was taken by the owner booth who intern had them out here within maybe an hour or an hour and a half of my calling. He was out of here in about an hour and took care of my problem. It was a serious issue with my toilet and it being stopped up to the point where it was causing my whole house to shut down and he was able to fix it. Everything is working right now and I am so pleased. I would absolutely refer them to anyone and would use them again if I ever have another issue.

I cannot say enough great things about Boone and his team. During one of the coldest times of the year, I had a pipe burst, and the situation was incredibly stressful. From the very first call, Boone and his crew were responsive, professional, and reassuring. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is huge when you’re dealing with an emergency in freezing temperatures.
Every visit, they did an outstanding job and took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done. Their knowledge and experience were clear, and they worked efficiently without cutting any corners. On top of that, they were extremely polite, respectful, and easy to work with, which made a difficult situation much more manageable.
Boone and his team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and that I felt confident moving forward. It's always unwelcome news when there is a sewer line issue. However, I had a really nice experience with Zoom Drain. The scheduling and service was completed professionally and at a reasonable price given the amount of work that the situation entailed. The service technicians Alex and Jose completed the work in a professional and friendly manner. They ensured that I was happy with their efforts and the cleanup. Importantly, they took the time to carefully perform the work and ensure that there were no further blockages after fixing the issue.

Travis and his team are always great to work with. They are responsive, timely, and their quality of work is excellent.

I highly recommend this company! I’ve had a couple issues after a full replacement of a pump and all the internal components, but they have responded and resolved all my concerns! Good hard working folks!!

People kept trying to sell us systems to fix our iron the the water adding up to several thousand dollars. Woodalls came out and said, “I can sell you a system as well, but your well is the problem.” Wow a light went off! OF COURSE! They fixed our problem and we haven’t needed our SYSTEM at all! Highly recommend.

Woodall's Pump sales , came out in an emergency when our pump failed and fixed it within a day. Showed me where things were not done improperly to existing and what caused the damage. Very good thanks

We had the worst experience ever imaginable, so bad I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemies. We had well problems and they came to pull the pump up. Couldn’t pull it up and lost it in the well, causing us to have to abandon a well and get a new one drilled. To make a long-long story short; it took over a month to get our new well completed after they had to get the driller to come back out after initially drilling, then they told us false information about the static water level. Once we could finally get water tests done the well broke down again because of poor wiring at the well head that could of caused serious injury and when I called to talk to them about it the owner Andy Woodall became very vulgar and disrespectful on the phone, threatening to have his employees come and remove the well pump and pipe if he didn’t get his money. This after we had already paid $4500 upfront, they were being pushy for their money even though we didn’t have a fully functioning well for over a month with a 2yr old and 3-month old in our house. As the first review said also, they are very very expensive so just be sure to get a couple of quotes.

Al and Travis from Woodhall's were professional and friendly. They dealt with our older plumbing carefully, found the problem and fixed it completely. I'll call Woodhall's for our next problem.

Andy and Travis run a very good and timely plumbing business. They do excellent pump work at reasonable prices. I would recommended them to anyone needing pump or well issues.
