Worked with Chris and Joseph. Both were professional and took time to explain the trouble with our tankless water heater. Other companies couldn’t figure it out, but they did! They were both kind to my older dog as well. This company will be my go to provider in the future!

We had a leak into our basement and Joe easily found that the source was the tub in our main bathroom. We have a wet room where the tub is inside the shower area. Joe then removed the tub to see the contractor/flipper improperly installed the tub. (The pipe was loose in the opening; it was not adhered to a shower pan.) We were afraid we were going to have to remove the entire shower tile in our 2 year old flipped home. (Our home was actually built in the 1940/s.) Joe came up with an idea how to fix the issue without removing the tile. He found a compound to cement the pipe within the opening and even went so far as to contact the manufacturer of the compound to ensure it fit the bill. The tub is fixed and they saved us a ton of money! Benjamin Franklin is our plumber of choice from now on!

Like many other reviewers I would like to say that Chris was quick to repsond, professional and his assement of my shower leak at on target! Highly recomend this company!

Chris was in and out quickly. He diagnosed our problem as something minor. Not charged the minimum diagnostic fee. Definitely hire them again.

Chris was very professional and efficent. He explained everything he was doing to me. Checked all my plumbing to make sure I am good.

We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work.
We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Also appreciative of him working efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Great service. Highly Recommend Benjamin Plumbing - Ask for Chris M to come out. He has a wealth of experience and did a great job fixing a couple of toilets for me. This is the third time I have used this company for various plumbing issues.

We had a main sewage block on CHRISTMAS EVE at 11:00pm. We had just gotten back in town with the kids and were getting ready for bed when water started coming up our shower drain, toilet and kitchen sink.
We called multiple businesses that listed 'emergency services' but this was the only one that offered immediate emergency service and we didn't have to wait until the next day. Chris came out at 12:30am and was working on flushing the blockage till 5:30am (in crawl space). We have 5 kids and weren't able to use any water during the blockage so it really was life-saving. We had other family coming in town Christmas Day and were about to have to essentially cancel christmas day all together. Chris was very kind and knowledgable.

I replaced our garbage disposal and couldn't figure out how to attach an air switch. While messing around with that, Our dishwasher began throwing error codes. A tech arrived the next day and provided incredible service.

These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Talk about service! I could not ask for better service and a nicer technician. Chris was awesome, he picked out the problem and fixed it in no time. And, my dogs liked him. Our toilet had a stubborn clog and Joe was able to get it unclogged. He showed up on time, was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. He also checked other potential issues to ensure we wouldn’t continue to have a problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joe as he was honest, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed our issue.

Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. I cannot say enough positive things about Chris Austin resolving our plumbing issue of low water pressure in our townhouse.
