First experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and very pleased. Had a water leak under house and Mr. Hayes was fantastic. He's smart, great problem solver and a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

I had no hot water the day after our big snow. Called Benjamin Franklin early that afternoon and got an immediate response from Joe. Came came very quickly, assessed the situation and told me I needed to replace my 20+ years old water heater. He explained the problem to me and assured me he could get the job done before dark.
He was true to his word. I will use them next time I have a problem .

Megan assisted me initially, and she was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. Her customer service skills were top-notch, and she made the entire process seamless. She quickly relayed my information to the technicians, and to my surprise, I received a detailed quote within the hour.

Impressed by their efficiency, I hired them immediately. Chris, the plumber, arrived right on time the next morning and completed the replacement of both valves, along with a shower valve, in just two hours. His skill, precision, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He worked efficiently yet meticulously, leaving everything in perfect condition.

My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.
