Have used TCR 3 times now. Once for my home and twice for my business. They are excellent! Have had three different plumbers come out, they were all very competent and quickly got the job taken care of. They show up when they say they will and leave things cleaned up when they finish. Great company. Thanks TCR!

I never leave reviews, but today I will! I just wanted to express how meticulous and sweet Brett was today during my repair! He was super communicative and went the extra mile to ensure our companies clogging doesn't happen again! He even went above and beyond into checking in with his boss about getting a camera to take a further look! We will be using him for our all of our services going forward! Thank you again Brett, you're AMAZING!!

Purchasing a new home was great until we encountered a some issues. We are so happy to have been given information on Midtown Plumbing from a friend of ours. I am very happy with Midtown Plumbing and they always have great response times. Specifically, David G was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He explained what was needed and why and also things we didn't need to do at this time. We will absolutely continue to work with David G at Midtown Plumbing in the future!

This is our second time using Mid-Town plumbing. We had a soft water system put in. Matt spent the time to answer all my questions and presented options before we even decided to move forward.

On the day of, Matt and Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled time and installed everything with care and precision. They also explained how everything worked, never in this process did we feel rushed.

I will continue to use Mid-town plumbing they haven’t disappointed are are reasonably priced as well.

Jason did a great job of detective work to find out what and where our situation was. It could have been a few things. He went with his experience and it was the right decision. He took the time to explain a lot to me. I will use this company, and request him again, if I can.

Jason is great! I have used Midtown for both my home and small business. They do great work, are quick to respond, and communicate all your options clearly to make an informed decision.

I received A1 service from Jason. He was able to walk me through trouble shooting my hot water heater to where I actually understood. I felt confident enough in the results of his service and the company that hired him I signed for the membership program.

Midtown never disappoints. Our technician was able to see us earlier than our appointment and reached out to us about the possible change. David was great. He was very pleasant and very thorough explaining what was going on and how he would address the problem. He alerted us to what we might face in the future as our plumbing has some age on it. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

We hired Midtown to complete an attic bathroom installation. Here is a list of the issues that we had with the work done.

1. The initial rough-in was not not vented properly and resulted in the need for re-inspection.
2. The shower was trimmed 2-3 inches too short on one side resulting in a gap that I still do not have a solution for (nor do any of the 3 competent contractors that have looked at it).
3. The sink was installed incorrectly and is not only tilted, but insecure. I will have to remove it myself and install it again using the method intended by the manufacturer.
4. One access panel was installed with space between it and the wall, simply because time was not taken to trim it to fit beside the pipe. I will have to remove all of the excess caulk and do it correctly.

The result of all of this is that there is significantly more work created for me and others that I will hire. I do not want Midtown back in my house because I do not trust that the job will be done correctly. In addition, my wife felt uncomfortable with them in the house based on the attitude of one employee.

Jason and Matt were so helpful in solving our plumbing issues in our new home. Great communication and efficient work. Definitely will continue to use midtown plumbing in the future.

Jason came out to install a disposal in an outdoor area. He did a great job and completed it even though it started pouring!! We told him we understood if he wanted to stop and finish another day, but he stayed and got it done!!! Their technicians are all really good and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

Everything was great from start to finish. From inquiry with customer service with Amber to the end when the job was completed by Jason. Jason was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and we are extremely pleased with the job he did! We will definitely be using Midtown Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Installation was scheduled and completed of new bathroom faucets, shower cartridge and fill valves on toilets. We hired Midtown Plumbing to assess a couple issues with our home's plumbing and had them replace our pressure reducer valve. The entire team was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. I would leave a 10 star review if I could. David was wonderful, very kind and informative. We had a burst hot water line. They came out very quickly and were able to identify the problem and make a very quick repair. Great communication as well. Highly recommend!
