CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

Very Impressed with TCR Rooter & Plumbing and will use them going forward for my plumbing needs. They did great work for me, were friendly, and so easy to work with.

Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I’m a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. So happy and pleased with this company for taking care of me!

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

My rental property had a clogged drain last year. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and 2 weeks to clear the clog, TCR was able to do the job the same day for a reasonable price . They were prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber.

TCR just replumbed all waterlines in my entire 5,000 sq.ft. house. Changing out the old old polybutylene to PEX. I am 110% satisfied and could not recommend them more highly! They showed up timely and with all materials and a skilled crew (3-4 trucks). They were extremely careful to protect floors, laying down floor coverings everywhere and also putting a big box of footies by the door to constantly put them on. They are organized like you would want all contractors to be!! They laid out like an assembly line all pipe, parts and tools and went to work. THEY FINISHED MY 5,000 sq.ft. HOUSE IN ONE DAY!!! Timely, on budget with no extras. You should feel totally comfortable dealing with them.

TCR was awesome! They came out fast, were on time and quickly got the job done correctly. They not only fixed the plumbing issue but also left a very clean work area and a cleanly cut out wall that will now be much easier to patch. Highly recommend! Thanks Kiko!

I had a plumbing emergency and TCR came immediately and addressed the problem. They were professional and polite and the charge was reasonable. They are now my "go to" plumbers.

TCR Just finished a major job replacing the sewer line. thru the years they have done a great job clearing our Sewer line when it clogged, We decided to bite the bullet on a permanent fix to replace it, good decision as they found numerous problems with what the original builder did. They worked quick and had the sewer line and water on before the day was over.
They were careful to minimize the damage to our yard, Azaleas and flowers despite having to dig 11 feet deep. The employees were a pleasure and they treated the cleanup like it was their yard. I whole heartedly recommend them for large and small projects.

I have worked with TCR Plumbing for about 20 years. I use their services for personal plumbing work as well as for our small residential property management business clients. They come when called and the issue is resolved when they leave. TCR is and continues to be our 100% go to plumbing business!

We hired TCR last year to replace a water fountain and they have consistently not shown up to replace it. The owner has promised us over 10 different times that they will be there to replace it and then nothing. I can't in good faith recommend this company.

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

My HOA regularly uses TCR for plumbing needs in my community. On Sunday evening, I shut off water and reported a small leak into neighbor's ceiling. Terri with TCR contacted me right away, and Kiko was onsite before noon Monday. My situation started 7 days earlier with hot water heater problems ... pan full of water and pilot light going out. Kiko is very knowledgeable and thoroughly assessed the many symptoms before giving me his recommendations. Long story short, he explained potential pressure issues that could cause hwh to not perform properly, and we decided to replace water pressure reducing valve. So far, the hwh is running smoothly, and I have not seen any more water where it should not be. I would definitely contact TCR again.

UPDATE 7/26/24: I am embarrassed to say that I called TCR again. My water didn't seem hot enough, and I could not hear the hwh filling up. Brooks came to check it out. He explained that I was hearing the water refilling previously because of the old pressure reducing valve. He found that it was running and verified that hot water temp at faucet. He explained the hwh hot/cold mixer results reduces temp at faucet. So he turned up temp and said I can lower it if it gets too hot. When I ask what I owed for service call, he kindly said nothing. The quality of the service I have received from TCR is superior. Thank you, Brooks! I highly recommend TCR!!!
