Do you know how hard it is to find good professional help when you move to a new state? Well, I can tell you it's not easy.
I have to thank all the other people who left glowing reviews of TCR because that's how I came to use them.
They are the best! I've used them 4 times now and they are consistently above average. That's all you need to know. They're friendly, professional, competent, reliable, and affordable.

I'm sure I'll remember some other superlatives after I submit this review but just know, you really can't go wrong with TCR.

We have had a great experience with this company. They came out quickly, figured out the issue without wasting time. They got the parts they needed right away and got the job done. We are very pleased with the service and cost. We will use again if needed and recommend to others.

I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Terry and his crew came to the rescue when my hot water heater died and I had a house full of people coming for the holidays. He responded promptly and I had my new hot water heaters replaced bright and early the next morning. They were extremely courteous and mindful during the instillation. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing problems.

TCR was recommended to me by a family member and I have had a great experience with them replacing my water heater. Their quote was significantly cheaper than a quote I received from another local plumbing company, and they didn't engage in any pushy tactics or upselling as I have experienced elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to on the phone while getting my service scheduled was friendly and responsive. The techs were punctual, friendly, efficient, and were patient with questions I had during the service.

I had an unexpected leak in my downstairs toilet. Terry was great- quick to respond! And Devin and Matt did a great job. They gave us an explanation as to what was going on and what needed done. Both were very professional! Would highly recommend.

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some "unconventional" work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

They had originally done a camera inspection on my drainline. I called them for a quote on a replacement, they told me they'd call back in a few minutes. 45 minutes after I called back. They told me to give them another 30 minutes. I waited another 30-45 minutes and got no call. I called back. She told me to give them 10 more minutes and I never received a callback. Finally I moved on to other, more communicative companies, but emailed this company to get a copy of the camera recording for estimates, and again, never received a response. Just awful customer service for someone who's trying to give you money.

Terry was amazing, I called early morning on Friday and he had someone out to my home to diagnose problem within a few hours. I thought it was water heater but Joe (who diagnosed the issue) was on the ball and made a referral to an electrician (sharing photos and explaining issue) and the next day the electrician was at my house and fixing an electrical issue. I am extremely grateful for this company and Terry who really acted quickly. Turns out I had a fire hazard and I appreciate so much how quickly they responded to protect my home. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Arrived on time and quickly determined a bearing was bad in the recirculating pump. Ordered new pump and scheduled installation with no problems. This is the third time we have worked with Terry and his team on three different locations. Each time was a pleasure to work with his team. Professional, reliable, and courteous, you couldn't ask for better service. Thank you team!

Good: Nice people, prompt service. Bad: Communication issues, dubious work. After a pressure-reducing valve was installed, a frightening rattle started coming from the crawl. I understand that jobs don't always go perfectly the first time, but I can't understand why TCR didn't respond when alerted to the problem.

Brett was fantastic. He explained what he was doing and why. Everything was clean when he left. You never would’ve known he was here. I would highly recommend him again!

Terry had his repipe team at our house at 7:30 AM and they completed the PB repipe job including testing and a meticulous cleanup by 4 PM. Our house size is 2300 SF / 2.5 baths. The team was highly skilled and experienced, and they were complete gentlemen. They were cleaver and strategic in minimizing sheet rock intrusion. Only small openings were created mostly in the ceiling to access key pipe locations. (A few photo examples included) A small access door was created inside the bathroom vanity cabinet to access the garden tub plumbing. Much of the pipe replacement was done without any sheetrock demo. We would highly recommend the TCR Rooter team for a repipe job. Thanks Matt, Devin, Pedro, and Joe for an excellent job.
