Matt and RJ came out to find a leak that several plumbers have attempted to find and fix but no one has been successful until I found Midtown. I appreciate the time they both took to assess every possible source of the leak and I was finally able to breathe a breath of relief when I heard "found it!" Not only did they find and fix the leak, they also reinforced a shaky toilet that would have caused future issues and a few fixtures. I finally have peace of mind and they were both kind, considerate, timely and very responsive.

I found a new plumbing company in Midtown Plumbing – they are terrific.
RJ came out and gave a really impressive overview of the water heater situation and what could be done for repair or replacement.
I’ll only give out recommendations when I’ve seen the best and I 100% recommend this company.

During an appointment to discuss another issue, Jason from Midtown Plumbing discovered that our hot water heater was leaking and near the end of life. He was able to replace it the next day.

I trusted him because in the past, Midtown had provided less expensive ways to resolve our plumbing issues.

Jason has come out a few times to do work for us and has been very professional, explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Jason from Midtown Plumbing. We had an issue with our garbage disposal, and he was quick to come out and assess it. He found that it was jammed and walked us through the options—whether to fix it or replace it. After explaining the pros and cons, we decided to replace it, and he made the process smooth and easy. He also helped us replace a spigot for our front lawn faucet, taking the time to explain what caused the original one to break. Overall, a fantastic first experience with Jason and Midtown Plumbing!

Jason came out and remembered the details of a visit four year prior and explained everything about our current need so I felt good about exactly what needed to be done.

A few weeks ago I contacted Midtown Plumbing to improve water pressure issues I was having in the shower. Minutes after placing the service request online I get a follow up phone call to quickly set up an appointment. A few days later I had the pleasure to meet Jason, one of Midtown Plumbings experienced plumber who came to my home to assess the situation. Jason was amazing. He quickly identified the issues and fixed the problem and now I have wonderful pressures in the shower. While he was at my house, he also took a look at my kitchen sink which was installed improperly by Roto Rooter (never will use them again) and once again quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I was so pleased and impressed the Jason's vast knowledge and professionalism that I now choose Midtown Plumbing for all my needs and also signed up for their very reasonably priced service plan for peace of mind knowing that if I have any issue, Midtown Plumbing has my back. I 100% recommend Midtown Plumbing and if you can get Jason to field your appointment he is the greatest.

We've been customers of Midtown Plumbing for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of service we've received. We have usually worked with Matt who is not only an excellent plumber, but also patiently and clearly answers any questions you have.
Following a crawl space inspection in which some water leaks were detected we asked Midtown to give us a quote on fixing the problem. Jason came out and examined the plumbing in the crawl space, which turned out to be a mishmash of old materials that did not meet current building codes. (This was the plumbing system that had been in the house since we bought it in 1990.) He recommended replacing all of the water lines; we also decided to replace both water heaters which were several years old and were located in critical areas inside the house (one on the third floor and one in a small loft reached by pull-down stairs). Over the years we've been in this house we have sustained serious damage from 3 broken water heaters, so needless to say we are very edgy about the possibility of another leak.
Midtown worked with us to give us a date that coordinated with the other contractors working on our crawl space. Over the space of 2 days, Jason and Matt replaced the water heaters and made sure they met code, which the old ones didn't (Day 1) and replaced all of the piping and fittings under the house and installed a Moen flow meter (Day 2). As a result we have much better water pressure throughout the house, no more leaks and the ability to cut off the water to the house remotely in the event the meter detects a change in average water usage in the house.
We also are confident that the work was done thoroughly and correctly and that Midtown will stand behind their work. A shout out to Jason and Matt!

Midtown was quick to reply to my reqest annd clear with instructions and follow up on my appoinment. David called on the way and was early in the time frame I had been indicated. He was personable and very respectful of my home. After diagnosis he provided the cost for me to decide if I wanted to proceed, which I did and which he did. The work was done in about two hours and my problem was solved. Well done.

Jason from Midtown Plumbing was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and immediately made me feel confident I was in good hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and walked me through all of my options.

What really stood out was how detailed and transparent he was. He took photos of everything, showed me exactly what he was seeing, and made sure I fully understood the situation before moving forward. No pressure, just clear information and thoughtful guidance.

Plumbing repairs are never something you want to spend money on, but Jason made me feel completely confident that it was worth every penny thanks to the quality of his work and the care he put into explaining everything.

I had an over flowing and noisy toilet when flushing. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for service. The response was less than an hour with updates on arrival time. The service technician, Chris, knew exactly what the cause was and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional, and it was a learning experience listening to him. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be called for all of my plumbing needs.

Had work done by this company on a couple of different projects with Chris and Joe was very satisfied. They are on time, reliable, and informative. Their scheduling person is a super sweet lady and does a great job scheduling.

Hopefully I never have water issues again. But if I do, I know who I'm calling! These guys were on point from the very first contact. Excellent! Chris was on time and professional the whole way thru. When my water line sprung a leak near my meter and I was shopping for repair services, I noticed the specific reviews given to this company. I was not lead wrong. When Joe showed up he, started doing business the right way immediately and continued throughout our service. Joe clearly uses a team that he knows and trusts, and that works well together. With his minimally invasive service that avoided digging up my whole lawn and front walkway, they diligently overcame each unexpected obstacle from the original installation and stayed long hours and extra days to make sure the job was completed right—with NO shortcuts. I can only try to explain what that meant to me. In a time where most businesses blame the customer and try to slip in extra charges when they encounter difficulties from prior construction, Joe and team stuck to it, got it done right, and stuck to the original quote. It was refreshing to be business with a company that values people, not just customer/provider and margin. I would recommend this business to anyone I know and can’t say enough how much I appreciated their transparency and diligence in doing things the right way, even when it was hard. Chris Austin did a great job on multiple items, ensuring our complete satisfaction. He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy explaining his work to us. He demonstrated great skill and creative problem-solving to repair numerous small plumbing issues. He also double- and in some cases triple-checked his work before he left, ensuring that there were no leaks. Front office support was also excellent. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbingin the morning about my replacing my water heater. They were able to replace it that afternoon. Their communication and service are excellent. I would only use them for any plumbing projects.
