Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great services!

Top notch

The never return phone calls. I think they went out of business.

Dope company. They're killin' it in the pool game right now, you can't find a better company to take care of your pools. They go above and beyond the call of duty. If your looking for a pool company, you're gonna regret it if you don't hire this one.

One of your drivers attempted to run me off the road this morning (hwy 70 near the brier creek pkwy intersection) and proceeded to verbally attack me when I honked to get his attention to get back in his lane. Poor representation on the company.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could... Horrible customer services after not getting our phone calls answered for about a month, we finally got an answer and took them another month to come out and open our pool after they would say they were coming and never come. Finally came and did half the job and then left, and came back another week later to finish and still did not finish left dirt all over the bottom. It doesn't end there, after paying them to do the opening and being told we could swim Saturday, checked our chemicals and they were still off and had to go pay another company $80 for chemicals that they already were suppose to have done for us. Then they charge is $800, for a job that was not even completed. Please stay away from this company!!

Our neighborhood has used Hammerhead Pool Service for years and we have had excellent service and support from them. Last year, we were scrambling to get some surface cement work done in the week before pool season and just could not find a contractor to do it. After notifying Hammerhead about this, they offered to do it themselves - and sent one of the owners over who did it himself. We were approved and our pool season was not delayed.
This year they came and inspected early and replaced several things that would have also caused us to delay our pool season.
Their service people are knowledgeable and friendly and keep our pool looking clean and wonderful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a swimming pool. -
Unfortunately, I did not even want to give 1 star due to how unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful this company is. They certainly do not strive to meet any standard. Their business standards need a serious review and they need to properly train their employees.

Great service to meet all your pool needs! Very friendly and gets the job done.

Brendan Culver has been helping us for years, dependable and thorough, honest guy

This company manages our pool and it was suppose to open on 5/14, and it was absolutely disgusting. There were dead frogs in the pool, bugs, pool wasn’t vacuumed, etc. As a resident, we are paying for this service and this company is horrible.
-
Exceptional service. Nick really made a stressful situation nothing to worry about. I will never call any other pool repair service. These guys are top notch!
-
Needed some chemistry quickly and they got right on it. Very friendly and courteous.

Sarah with Pool Professionals does an excellent job maintaining our pool and restrooms!! I only wish some of the people in our development cared as much as she does!! Thank you Sarah for all your hard work!! 😊

Pool Pro has been working with our neighborhood pool for many years. They have excellent service!! Sara and Alex…and administration Jo and Dave …. Awesome!!!
-
Completely unresponsive (messages and calls from management company and pool committee remained unanswered for weeks). They also essentially stopped servicing the pool for several months without letting us know. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend working with them.

I got the chance to meet Sarah yesterday at our Haywood Glen pool - I’ve seen her hard at work many times at our pool and she’s done a great job. I stopped her to tell her so and asked how I could get a note to her supervisor.

The life guards are SO immature and unprofessional. They spend their entire shift (all 20 minutes of it) talking to friends, the mandatory 10 minute pool break at the end of every hour is usually called at least 5 minutes early and they never make it back to the stand on time normally 3 to 5 minutes late. Making the 10 minute break last more like 20 minutes. Ten minutes is already a long time for little kids waiting to play. I called the management office about it and heard the lifeguard at my pool remark that "I could call I want, it doesn't matter they aren't going to do anything" I and MANY other residents will be asking for a better company next summer.

After three years of service, I was out of town for two weeks and this is what I came back to see. I am very disappointed in this company's service and would not recommend doing business with them.

Nick and Jodi go above and beyond on our service. We thought we could handle it this summer to begin with and after spending 600$ on chemicals and constantly sweeping and cleaning they gave me some pointers to get chemical back to normal. I decided it was well worth them taking back over the service and they have been a blessing.

I had a July 4th emergency - pump was running super hot, no spillway action...Jody came out personally and saved the day, full on superhero cape service! Jody, Nick and team have always given us 100% service - super friendly, knowledgable, and responsive.
