Sam and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with our pool rebuild! You certainly do not feel like "just another customer" with Sam. He keeps you informed every step of the way project phase. The whole team take time to answer all your questions during the pool remodel process, even when I need to make a change literally in the middle of the pool remodel! You are not going to find this type of personalized experience during a remodeling project. Sam is exceptional and takes it all in. His work shines through. We are absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor pool!

We went through 3 pool management companies in our community in until we found Aqua Operators pool management in Raleigh NC. Our pool was greenish and slimy all the time and horrible to look at. After Aqua took over and in one week our pool was beautiful. The service tech is reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. Their rates are beyond fair and the quality of service is excellent. Very professional company.

Their maintenance team are knowledgeable and friendly and keep our pool looking clean and wonderful.Our Community has been using Aqua Operators for several years. They are quick to respond , find solutions and answers to anything we need. Bret has been excellent with maintaining our pool and service including communication and response time would highly recommend this company to anyone with a community pool.

They broke ground the end of January and we were swimming the first week in April. Josh was our project manager, and David was the on-site guy managing everything. Thanks to Sam and Josh the entire process was flawless. All the guys working on the pool were skilled craftsman, did outstanding work, and were pleasant to talk to and work with.

Sam managed the complete renovation of our 1980s hoa pool and we couldn't be happier with the results. He advised on the best plaster and tile and assisted with the color coordination of the plaster and tile. The job was done in just a few weeks and our new pool is just spectacular! We cannot say enough good things about Aqua Operators. They are true professionals and fantastic to work with.
