Gloria goes above and beyond to make our pool sparkle. She always makes sure the bathrooms are clean and supplied. Deck area is picked up (even though people should be picking up after themselves) and chair straightened. Thank you Gloria.

We have been long time customers of Pool Professionals and have very much appreciated their dedication and integrity! Everything will never always go as planned, but when something does break or an issue arises, Dave Harvey and his team (Nick and Brian) have consistently developed a solution quickly and delivered! They work hard, often in crazy hot NC temperatures and continue to deliver the highest level of customer service! Gratitude also to Leslie in the business office who ALWAYS helps answer any financial questions and is a true asset to Pool Professionals!

Brian, the repair technician, came out to check on the heater on my hot tub a couple of weeks ago. He was so friendly and really knew what he was talking about! He explained what the issue was and how to keep it from happening again. He even took time out for my pup, Willow, and showed her attention. She really enjoyed the belly rub lol. Thank you for going the extra mile!Thanks to your expertise, I’ve been able to use my hot tub no matter how cold it gets outside! Employees like Brian will always keep me coming back as a customer.

Matt and Gloria do an excellent job on my neighborhood pool. Water and clear and never has a chemical smell. I’m very pleased. Both are kind and easy to talk to.

Gloria does a great job of maintaining the pool at Haywood Glen in Knightdale. It always is clean and tidy. Talked to her a few times, she is very nice.

Pool Pro's has been an absolute pleasure from a HOA property management perspective. I have multiple HOA communities who have gone with the services that Pool Pro's offers, and I am very glad they have. Nicholas, Trey, Brenden and all other interactions I have had within the company have all been kind and efficient at providing services needed. I receive minimal complaints when pools are managed by Pool Pros - the property management dream! They go above and beyond to tailor their services to meet the community needs, and when there are issues they resolve them almost immediately and without any questions asked. I would strongly recommend considering them for your pool needs.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick Pro and we can’t say enough great things about him. I’ve had a problem with my pool that started a couple of years ago and had other companies help me with very little help. Nick came out and not only did I get a solution from him but I also got a plan of action. Everything is almost back to normal and it only took him a few days. During all this my pump suddenly went out, not great timing, and I let Nick know. He not only got me one fast but he also came and installed it as well. My pump was only out less than 2 days. He’s professional, attenative, and really cares and takes time with you. In a day where good work ethic is scarce, it means a lot to find the right people that have high standards and dependability. I highly recommend this company and especially Nick Pro.

Have used them for years to maintain my pool. They removed my existing filtration system that I maintained, and installed a salt water filter. They have come every Friday for the last 5ish years to maintain the pool. I noticed that when the service people would come, they spent half the time skimming a rather small fiberglass pool installed in 1996. We recently had them paint our pool, and afterwards I refilled the pool… during the painting process they suspended maintenance. After a week or so I noticed the newly painted pool water was turning green…. I tried to start the pump, but was unfamiliar with this system. Thankfully, a week later the maintenance crew arrived. I asked him to show me how the system works. He was very polite, and went through the process. I noticed that the system was indicating a blockage, and also asked why was the skimmer not working. He said that he informed them months ago, but his boss didn’t respond…..he called Jody on that Friday, and he came out and said “ we didn’t do anything because the Salt content was good “…. He couldn’t figure out why the Skimmer wasn’t working, or why

Jody and the staff at Pool Professionals are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing pool problems and solving them. On top of being great at what they do, their rates are extremely reasonable. Best of all, they show up when the say they will which is amazing in our current environment. I highly recommend them for your pool care needs. I'm sure you won't be disappointed with their work. And, they are all pleasant to work with.

I am a member of Ole Mill Stream pool and have met Gloria from Pool Professionals while she's been working ti maintain our neighborhood pool. Gloria is the most friendly staff member live met from Pool Professionals. She works very hard and has kept our pool very clean all summer!! She's a wonderful representative of your company!

Gloria has been maintaining our pool at Anderson Farm since last year and has been doing a fantastic job! It's always a pleasure to see her! She's professional, and yet she takes the time to to say hello to everyone. My toddler grandson adores her. Thank you, Gloria, for doing a great job and keeping our pool clean and safe!!

I was in a jam, and Pool Professionals jumped in and saved the day!!

I have a very demanding and unfriendly health inspector who gave us short notice to repaint all the depth markers on our deck. We had to move quickly to get this done. PP was the only company with the expertise to complete the project. Super super professional, and a great friendly staff. I highly highly recommend them. Please see photos of before and after. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Pool Professionals are the worst. I will never use them again. They are incompetent, non communicative and litigious. They have no idea if the spa heater they installed even works. Nick turned out to be a ghost…impossible to reach. The gas company they had install the new gas lines, broke my grill and tried to blame the operation on the grill. The grill works fine after I had to fix the issue myself. I called the office on many occasions to pay the remainder of my bill. Leslie was never available nor did she return my call. This week I got a letter from their attorney regarding the unpaid balance. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from the so called “ Pool Professionals “ as possible!

This company has atrocious customer service. We had them install a new spa heater. In the process they disrupted the gas to our outdoor kitchen grill and made it very complicated to get this repaired. We called repeatedly and left messages to pay a balance on our bill, with no response. Then we receive a notice from their attorney demanding payment. Even after this, we called trying to address, and have been unable to talk to anyone that could handle this. Please choose another service if you want assistance in managing your pool needs.
