My community pool is not being taken care of by the company. I have contacted them several times about their staff not doing their job. They check the water and arrange the chairs on the deck, to look pretty, but do little else. We have algae starting to grow on the sides of the pool and the skimmmers need cleaning. Yesterday I cheecked several skimmers and found trash and dead frogs in them. They may send two people to do the work, but one just plays with their phone and never does anything.

Helped me out with my pool heaters recently. Also, helping me out with a last minute project that I have to do for my health inspector. Been working with PP for years with my swim school at both of our pool locations. I highly highly recommend PP.

Sarah is the best! She does an excellent job of servicing our pool in Princeton Manor. She is very kind and pleasant and always has a smile. We appreciate Sarah!!

Truck #39 can’t drive worth a damn. He was riding our rear bumper and zoomed next to us as we tried to get over. Such ignorance from someone in a work vehicle 🤦🏽‍♂️

We have been using the company for a while, and they are amazing! Brian and Nick are the best workers there, they get the job done, and do it well! If you need a company, choose this one (and ask for Brian or Nick!)

I would give them zero stars is possible. If you have autistic children please please do not use this company. Our HOA employees this company and on Father’s Day they called the cops on my son while my other son was about to drown. The WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!

Jody has been super helpful on multiple occasions. Even though he is super busy and wouldn't be able to assist us with a small repair for several months he walked me though how to fix it myself at no charge.

Will definitely use pool professionals anytime we need a more substantial repair! Thanks Jody

We have Sarah I'm out Haywood Glen subdivision. Super young lady and does a fantastic job. She knows our dog's name and stops to pet her. If Sarah sees me out in our yard she makes it a habit of waving. When I see somebody new at our pool I'm always afraid we lost Sarah. Just an outstanding employee and worker.

Pool Professionals has been managing our residential pool for over 10 years and I am always impressed with their attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and identify the problem and offer the appropriate corrections! On a weekly service note, Nick Pro has taken the lead and managed the entire scope of our custom pool - we recognize the complexity and difficulty of our "little monster" LOL He has been nothing short of professional and hard working! Thanks to the whole team from behind the scenes in the office to on site for keeping it all working and looking great! You are appreciated!

Had bad experience with 2 other commercial pool companies.

These guys are great! Sent out a very experienced tech to fix my new heater that was installed incorrectly by another pool company. Very happy and will continue to use these guys. I own Triangle Swim School and we can't afford to have our pools down. Grateful.

I am speaking for the board of the HOA for our community. We are very unhappy with how the 2021 pool season was handled. Around the end of July we lost all lifeguards and Pool Professionals did not provide pool oversight with at least an attendant for several days. We had to request multiple times for a refund of labor costs that had already been paid for. We made the decision in late 2021 to end the contract with Pool Professionals. They were notified (with ample notice) that we were not renewing. They stopped pool maintenance early leaving the HOA with the need to hire the replacement company early to keep the pool from falling into a state of disrepair. We had paid for services until Dec 31, 2021. Since service was stopped before the end date the HOA had to pay double for maintenance of the pool area. Pool Professionals has not handled our community professionally after managing our pool for over a decade.

So for 3 years I have lived in a community called Brickyard and the first year pool was on point. As for after it's been dirty, filled with bugs and hair and food. When pool employees come out they check water and that is about it. They add chemicals. They NEVER vacume, replace soap, tp or much. I'm pretty sure they are certified. They are all lazy!!! No one likes a dirty pool!! You need to do better if you care about your reputation & others!!

I can not say enough great things about Jody and his company for their responsiveness, professionalism, thoughtfulness and knowledge.

Like many vendors / suppliers / service companies, we are all staffed in this “new world” and Pool Professional Pools Inc stepped up and were super responsive and beyond helpful.
Jody helped guide me through some serious issues with a leak to help isolate the problem, I look forward to being a customer of theirs!

just a note to let you know we have had excellent service at our pool. Alex our onsite tech has been extremely attentive to our needs in spite of the weather. The cleanup from straight line winds was completed in less than a day. Thank you Pool Professionals for taking care of us.

I can’t say enough good things about the Raleigh team at Pool Professionals. Brian helped with fixing a leak at our in ground pool, then came back 2 other times to trouble shoot a faulty actuator. Great communication and timely service, very professional and a real pro. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service! From the very first phone call with Jody at Pool Professionals he made me feel like the most important account. His team including Paul, Homer and office staff did a terrific job diagnosing, explaining the options and then following through on the work in a timely manner. They were great to work with and I would recommend them if you are a homeowner like me with any pool issues.

I had a terrible experience with Pool Professionals. Their name is incredibly ironic, as they were anything but professional. The company was extremely unresponsive, and it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone when I had an issue or concern. Their lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the manager Tray was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He would ghost me when I tried emailing and calling, and when I finally did get a hold of him, he was dismissive and condescending. I would never work with this company again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

To top it all off, when they were managing the Wakefield pool, they caused significant damage to the pool area that required extensive repairs. It's clear that Pool Professionals doesn't take their responsibility seriously and doesn't care about the people they work with. Save yourself the headache and find a different company to manage your pool.

Sarah, Gloria and Brenden have been taking exceptional care of our pool for years now. Highly recommend.

Nick fixed our pool pump within a week. He was very professional, insightful and helpful to me & my husband. I have worked with Pool Professionals for over 20 years and they are by far the best pool company. Their service and friendly staff make them my recommendation for anyone needing service or maintenance.
