I called the office of Aqua Operators to inquire about doing a filter cleaning. I was helped by Godfrey and he talked me through the process so I could try the filter cleaning on my own. His calm walkthrough helped me complete the task quickly. He walked me through how to backwash the filter, and what I needed to do to ensure everything would work well. I will be giving them my business going forward. You can't find customer care like this anymore.

We have had some negative experiences in regards to pool service and then I found Aqua. They have transformed my pool from not holding chemicals/algae growing and excessive shocking etc… to now having the chemicals stabilized and things are working as they should!! We called Aqua Operators for a pool inspection. Sam was able to come the next day. He even brought along his builder friend to inspect the pool. Not only did Sam do a thorough inspection, he also patiently explained to us everything and spent much time helping us understand what things we could do to upkeep the pool. We highly recommend Sam. Mike and Sam did a great job of locating and repairing a major underwater pool leak. They both arrived on time and went about the pool leak detection process very in depth very detailed. He found the source of the pool leak fairly quickly and completed the needed repair. Mike even took care of a couple if other, unrelated issues. I will definitely call Aqua the next time I need work done on the pool.
