Another visit from D&D HVAC!! Misael and Luis were out today to assess my ductwork. They were awesome! They were even nice enough to vacuum out the paper/debris that the original installers left inside the ductwork when they did the install. These guys get 5 stars again!

This company is top notch!!! The installation team was on time, introduced themselves and got straight to work. The crew kept the area clean the whole time inside and outside crawlspace. they explained my new T stat and make sure i understood.
My new unit is amazing. I had no idea there would be so much improvement in the strength of the air coming out the vents and the unit is quiet.
I am super happy with D &D HVAC from start to finish. I will be using them in the future for my maintenance as well.

Eddie came out and fixed an issue that led to our AC shutting down in the middle of the summer and took the time to educate us on how to prevent it again. I've also hired Eddie to install additional HVAC in the house and am impressed.

When my HVAC went out in the middle of one of the hottest weeks in NC (100 degrees every day), I called around to find a repair man. Every other company was booked or would not take the time to come out, so I called Affordable Heating & Air, and they came out to me that day. They fixed one of my issues, and I discovered that something else was wrong once they left. I called them up the next day to help address the problem; again, they came out that same day and fixed the issue with no additional fees.

Affordable Heating & Air was very professional and took the time to show me the problems with my AC unit, how to correct the problem in the future, and was just overall, very good business.

Would not recommend using this company, Eddie which is the owner of the business comes to repair my AC on Saturday and after being there 10min tells me he doesn't have a water hose or chemicals to clean the coils on his truck and it would be 125.00 a hour and he would have to ride around and find the proper tools to fix the AC and still charged me 125.00 for nothing. That's like going to cut someone grass and when you get there you don't have your lawnmower and you charge them anyway. I will turn this company into the better business bureau and highly recommend you find another company if you need your AC fixed.
