Affordable has done work for us for a number of years and stands behind their work.

Good folks that do good work at a fair price. They've had a successful business for many years and that is no fluke.

Called Affordable when our a/c quit working and they were here in approximately one hour. They tested and repaired it quickly.

I've dealt with Affordable Heating and air ever since the first time they came to fix my AC and I don't have any reason to call anyone else. They don't a job for me. With the exception of the vents, they replaced just about everything. I just had a problem with my AC not working last week, and they came out the next day and fixed it. No charge, under warranty! Wonderful service and affordable prices. He returned my phone call promptly and was here within the hour and had me back up and running within an hour. Great guy. Will definitely keep him as my AC repair guy. My boys and I thank you very much!

We were already stressed out because our AC went out in the hottest part of the summer so far and we were nervously anticipating a lot of hassle, frustration and going bankrupt with having it fixed.
I had researched reviews all morning for multiple local companies and narrowed it down to 8. I cancelled 3 and the winner was Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning!!!! They had many 5 star reviews when it came to everything from customer service , affordability and dependability.
All 5 star reviews are SPOT ON!! In a stressful situation like that having a company that treats you like a friend or neighbor instead of a dollar sign makes a huge difference.
I can't speak for any of the other employees but I can say with absolute 100% certainty that Joe Farley is definitely who you want to show up at our door if you ever find yourself in the situation that we did. He was super nice and he took the time out of his hit and busy day to make sure that we understood what was wrong with out unit and what it would take to fix it. It took him very little time to fix the problem and we were relieved that we were not bankrupt with the AC unit repair costs!
Thank you SO MUCH Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning and Joe Farley!!! You guys definitely have a lifelong customer in us!!!!

We recently signed up for their membership, and I’ve been very impressed with their services. We completed our first service visit then had an issue the following month. They were prompt in responding and got us back in the AC! Their service tech, Alex, has always been professional and ensures that I understand what’s going on. Their office also called the day of our appointment to let me know approximate ETA of the tech. Again, super impressed with their level of communication and professionalism all the way around!

We called and were able to get a technician to our home the same day. Cody S. came by and did a great job helping us and fixing our unit issue.

Cody was wonderful and really knowledgeable. I really appreciate him coming out and fixing my unit. I recommend him and this company to anyone very nice and courteous.

We had to have a new HVAC system installed. The installation technicians arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. They made sure the unit was working properly before leaving and everything was to our satisfaction. We were shown how to operate the control pad and the different features. They made sure we didn’t have any questions. We were very pleased with King Heating and Air through the whole process. They made sure the process was as stress free as possible. We highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. The young lady on the phone helped me with no problem, she was respectful and helpful, I believe her name was Ashton or something like that. And my service tech was a young man named Alex was nice, honest, smart and a great worker. He was nice and respectful to my wife and kids. They had our AC up and running in no time. I highly recommend getting King heating and air.

2/6/2025, Cody was my most recent tech.

I signed up for the one year maintenance agreement, and both maintenance visits were great. The techs were polite, professional and got straight to work. Both visits were done in around half an hour, and both times the techs explained exactly what they did.

King has always done well by us. Our AC needed replacing and they had a new unit installed in less than 24 hours of initially contacting them. The initial tech that came out was great and punctual. The gentleman that came to quote is for a new unit was great, he answered all questions and was great to chat with. Finally, the crew that showed up for the install was first class. Thank you all for everything, for a very stressful situation, you all deliver A+ service from the get go.

8/18/2024 Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did either as he was doing it, or with the pictures he had taken of the issues he had found. Understanding that we had an HVAC system that King Heating and Air is a dealer for, he offered a maintenance service contract in lieu of paying the weekend emergency fee. Given all the variables, we have become a King Heating and Air Conditioning customer!

8/22/2024 Had a follow up fall maintenance service with Alex today. His service was outstanding!!! He was very thorough and checked everything that needed to be checked. He left a very detailed invoice of what he checked and detailed recommendations for us. He was very pleasant and professional. I will recommend King Heat and Air 100%!

9/4/2024 Had a follow up with the electricians of Kings Heating and Air Conditioning. The installer of the system put in an incorrect configuration of the wiring and breakers, giving me two 20 amp breakers instead of one 40 amp breaker. This was noticed during the service and the electricians came out and fixed it. These guys are apparently real good. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. I didn't even know they had left until I asked my wife to go check on them to see if they needed anything.

Upon scheduling my appointment with King, I knew who was assigned to complete the maintenance with a reminder the day before.
Dylan arrived on time, very professional, explained everything that would take place and once complete, he explained his findings. He was very thorough. It feels good to get great service. My experience with King's is, customer satisfaction and excellent customer service is their #1 top priority. Highly recommend. Thanks for your first-rate services.

We are so grateful for the crew that came out and worked on the mini-split and electrical for our bonus room. The guys who came out were Chad, John, Junior, and Ricky! They were amazing and did such an incredible job! We loved working with them! Chad even went out of his way to make sure that I got the electrical plates that I would be happy with. Every step of the way, they involved us and asked us questions and truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything and that is such a rare quality these days. The work they did was top notch! We are definitely giving 5 stars to Chad and his crew and your company for the work that was done and we are telling everyone about it. When we get ready to do our generator, we will be coming back to King HVAC for that because of how pleased we have been with this whole experience. We will most definitely be requesting Chad and his crew because there is no one else we would rather have do it. Thank you for sending them out here to do our job! They were very prompt. When it was determined I needed a new system they had someone out there within hours to give me a quote. Their quote was very well itemized and straightforward but descriptive enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. During the install there was an issue getting the new control unit to match up to the older electrical in the house. The owner himself came out since his supervisors were busy to ensure the job was finished in a timely matter. I am very happy with there service and clean up after. 10/10 would use again.

I have to update my precious review from 5 stars to 2 stars. We have purchased a new HVAC system and are scheduled for re-zoning as this is done in two parts from what I understand. I am financing with an interest rate of 34% as they use a Synchrony credit card which I did not know about until further down the line. I was under the impression this was a loan based on credit scoring. They rescheduled our zoing appointment and installation of our upstairs thermostat from Apr 24 to May 2 and July husband took off work so I would not be here alone with workers. They did not show up this morning with no communication until we reached out to them. I was advised they were short staffed which I can understand but if you have already rescheduled a customer they really should be prioritized. We are now scheduled for May 12 and paying. interest for the full system and labor which we do not have yet. Disappointed to say the least. I will update this review if and when necessary.

Could not be more pleased with the work done by King Heating and Air, they are professional, efficient, timely and do outstanding work. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!

Josh came to service our system. Very nice (and funny) guy. Service was quick and he thoroughly explained everything. Service was also scheduled quickly. We have used King for years and have recommended them to neighbors. We appreciate companies like this that treat their customers right.
