Had an issue with our HVAC unit and they dispatched a technician same day within 30 minutes. We had Cody show up and he was great. He checked for every possible issue and resolved our particular problem extremely fast. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. We really appreciate him and everything he did for us. Was very affordable so if there are any more issues we are definitely calling King’s again.

Hats off to the team at King heating and air. The service tech identified a serious problem with my unit leaving it inoperable. I had requested a quote a few weeks ago in anticipation of the unit failing. I had one conversation to get the ball rolling and they had a new unit installed and running within 24 hours. All of the staff is very professional and maintained communication throughout the process! Thank you!

We had standing water in our AC drip pan, and Andrew came out right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned out the pan, and checked all the system settings. He even explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Fast service, very knowledgeable, and great communication—highly recommend!

Just wanted to hop online and give the customer service a huge shout out! Our unit that cools the animals in our care started having a problem. We called and your team was so assertive and understood our urgency. King has been in our community for such a long time and their service has been so good all of these years and continues to be. You all are much appreciated and deserve to be recognized!

Now, for the actual work that was done... Jacob L. was our technician. Absolutely superb job. Very quick and knowledgeable. Repaired our unit quickly and did a top notch job. The price was actually better than we were expecting. Dr. Myres even asked me to make sure that the owner knows how great of a job Jacob did. We greatly appreciate you guys in keeping us running, but more importantly keeping the animals in our care comfortable!

Jacob came on time and did a great job!! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Liked that he showed me the parts that were bad and the reading so I knew they needed to be replaced. Price was reasonable. Definitely will continue to use this company. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but after too many negative experiences, I feel I need to share this.

I had a new heat pump system installed and have needed multiple service calls within the first year for issues that should have been caught during the initial setup. In the summer, I had condensation problems caused by zoning/bypass issues. No one mentioned that a bypass was needed during the original install. I only learned that after a second technician came out, and we ended up paying to install a bypass and new dampers that should have been addressed from the beginning.

This winter, after two freezing mornings where the system was running but blowing cool air, it became clear the backup/auxiliary heat was not working correctly or hadn’t been properly checked. Nearly a year later, I was told the thermostats originally installed weren’t compatible with the system.

During troubleshooting, one of my touchscreen thermostats was replaced with a lower-end button model, and I was told returning to a comparable touchscreen thermostat would cost extra. So now I'm stuck with ugly thermostats because I refuse to pay extra.

I truly understand that things get missed which is why there's a new system callback period, but I just feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed at this point.

Overall, the repeated problems and lack of upfront guidance have made this a very frustrating experience. I really wish I had chosen a different company.

We have been with King Heating and Air for years. We have NEVER had a bad experience with any of the technicians or office staff. Everyone is hard working, knowledgeable and personable. Today we had Matthew come out and do a bi-yearly check. As noted above he was personable, knowledgeable and hard working. I wish I had been that on the ball when I was his age. Matthew, thank you!

Complete house plumbing inspection plus leak repair. Arrived on time, very thorough, personable, excellent work. Have used Comfort First in the past and no interest in using anyone else for both plumbing and HVAC.

After the third maintenance specialist came to my home to investigate my issue (air handler rumble noise, then unit shut down), Comfort First discovered that the issue with my unit was an aging motor than had gone the last mile of the way but was struggling to fight the inevitabl, death! Kyle Topper (Technician CF) came and replaced, the motor. The issue was corrected. While here, Kyle serviced our other two units. Excellent repairman he is. He even offered to change out all filters. I’m sure Comfort First has professional people coming out to homes just like Kyle. Kind, knowledgeable, patient in explaining all of my concerns.Kudos to both Comfort First and Kyle. This team demonstrates good moral character and genuine care for the clients like my wife and I. Every service person from Comfort First that has come resolving the issues that made our home uncomfortable winter and summer have been competent professional experts who serve with kindness. We have a maintenance contract with CF and I must admit they have saved my household thousands of dollars. Kudos my friends, you have been elevated to family. I wish i knew what we did to deserve getting screwed over by Comfort First.

We paid thousands of dollars to get a new duel fuel system over a year ago and it still doesn't work right.

We have paid them $30 per month to come out over a dozen times since to "check" the system.

One time it took them 4 people, 3 trips, to realize they had turned the gas off.

Gas company discovered the valve on the second tank was still off.

It is 60 degrees in the house and neither fuel system is running.

Avoid this company!

Skilled professional people who do a complete job from analysis to repair. Very impressive technician who are friendly and explain everything to you. The best people I have found in the 15 years I have lived here. they fixed both an air conditioning problem with my upstairs unit and a heating problem with downstairs unit.

Do not hire this company!! I used them to service my ac units through my home warranty and that was the biggest mistake! The tech came out to service my ac for the summer and not even 30 min after he left, it was making a rattling noise. I had to pay another service fee just to have them come back out to fix what they did because this company refused to come out unless I went through my home warranty. They did not do what they should have because a few weeks later, I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling because the handler in my attic was overflowing with water. I went with another company (Bass Air) to handle it. A few months later, I went through my home warranty again when my air was not working right. They brought this same company out and told me that they would fix it, but I would have to pay 1,500 to replace the refrigerant!! I can assure you it does not cost that much for refrigerant! They are a scam just like American Home Shield. If you need reliable company, call Bass Air!!
