A clog in an upstairs toilet sent water flooding into our basement. Serv pro responded With Issac as our point man. He was very conscientious as well as efficient and knowledgeable about how to tackle our issues. We had hardwoods that needed to be dried out as well as carpet. I would highly recommend not only this company, but Issac as a point person!

Isaac and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He communicated every step of the process clearly, explaining what he was doing and what to expect next, which made everything stress-free. They were always respectful, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We had an extremely disappointing experience with SERVPRO of Winston-Salem at our business. The project was poorly managed from start to finish. At one point, the job went two and half full weeks with no one on site, with little to no Communication.
When work was finally completed, the quality was shoddy at best and 2 weeks past the original day given. Doors do not close properly and the mess they left behind was unreal. The workmanship did not meet professional standards and left us questioning whether proper procedures were followed at all. For a company that presents itself as a restoration professional, the results fell far short of expectations.
Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress, lost time, and disruption to our business. Based on our experience, we would not recommend SERVPRO of Winston-Salem for commercial work.
As a response to Ashley‘s comment under my review, this is the correct Servpro. I’ve spoke with her twice now, so beware I’ve served pro of Winston-Salem. They are awful.

They painted my whole house, and they are absolutely the NEATEST painters I have ever used! No drips, no spills, no paint bleeding onto the floor or anywhere it shouldn't be. And the paint chips? What did they do with those?? Gone! Yet fast, reliable. They kept me informed of when they would be there, or not. Plus, the price was right! Thank you for a great job!!

Absolutely the best roofing company around the Roofing crew was very professional and knowledgeable and Terry my personal agent was also very kind and knowledgeable and taught me a lot about Roofing the process was very smooth and I would give them A 10 star if I had that option thank you so much statewide Roofing

They did an excellent job on my roof. They got me approved through my insurance. All I have to pay was my deductible

Brian was very prompt, professional & personable. Brian explained all the problems of the roof . I would recommend Brian to my family & friends.

Brian came out and showed us where the leak is coming from and the hail damage and is assisting us on our insurance because we have leaks he also put a tarp up to prevent further damage

Found we had a small leak in our roof and less than 24 hours after calling Statewide Roofing it was fixed! Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, we'll be sticking with them for our annual inspection and any future services needed for our roof.

I highly recommend Terry Cribb. If you are looking for a an honest, caring and fair roofing contractor, be sure to call him. If you think you may have an insurance claim, you will need an advocate like Terry to deal with your insurance company. He will exceed your every expectation like he did mine. When your job is finished and you stand with him, looking at your beautiful new roof, you will be talking to a friend.

EDIT: We paid Statewide Roofing to seal part of a rubber roof. Terry couldn't do it then, because there was a shortage of alcohol-based chemicals due to the pandemic. He promised to come back but never did. I'm rather surprised he responded to this post (below) because I called and texted him many times. It was part of a larger bill, but I estimate he owes us about $50. Review changed from 5 to 2 starts as a result (glad he is OK though -- I thought maybe he honestly died or something and still he was a very nice man).

Statewide Roofing has come to our house twice to do some repairs -- basically "cleanup" on what another roofing company left out. I really wish we had gone to Statewide first. Terry was professional, explained everything, and spent A LOT of time with us -- nearly three hours the first day inspecting everything and putting together an estimate. This is BEFORE money ever exchanged hands and I was highly impressed by his professionalism.

He communicates well (regarding things like appointments), his solutions work and are affordable, and he does the work himself. I'll be using Statewide for other jobs in the future. Together we resealed boots, fixed numerous mis-installed shingles, re-sealed a rubber roof, and patched some attic holes. I believe Terry would have been fine for me (the home owner) to not be involved, but I wanted to see how things worked and he was very happy to show me what was being done/why as the job went along so that I could learn. I trust him completely. Great value, too.

After a quick connection via phone, Terry showed up as promised and did a thorough inspectiion. Then, he explained the problem with my dad's roof in details that made sense to the average person. In other words, he didn't talk over our heads. He offered a solution that sounded reasonable and positive. After a bad experience and a lot of time trying to find a honest professional, there seems to be hope and help with finally getting the problem solved.I highly recommend contacting Terry because I'm sure you won't be disappointed with expertise or service.

Terry was amazing!! He came out to do an emergency repair on my roof in less than 24 hours the Sunday before Memorial Day. He was very reasonable and had the job done quickly. I will totally be doing business with these guys again!!

We called Statewide Roofing Specialists and the next day Terry came and inspected our roof. He explained all about correctly installing the shingles and pointed out several problem areas on our roof. Since we were only having leakage around our vents he quickly fixed them while he was here. Thank you for your great service. We'll call you back in a couple of years to replace our roof.

Terry showed up same day I called, and we were very thankful as a storm was coming in. He checked for moisture areas and was the first to actually look in the attic to see what was causing our metal roof to leak. He explained it all very clearly and worked hard to clean up the mess and get it tightly sealed. He then went around and tightened all the loose screws, even working well after-hours. We had been through the ringer with companies flaking on us and were so relieved to have found a genuine, hard-working roof specialist. He'll be our first call from now on.
