As an electrical contractor I use Dele and his team when I have customers that ask if I know someone... After doing some work on a customers house I received a call around 9pm stating a tree had fell and damaged some of her house. After getting them and the Dele together, a plan was made, he took the lead with dealing with the insurance process, and work will be in progress. A true team member and asset to my customers so they don't have to find someone themselves.

I can't say enough about restoration. We had a roof then siding and gutters. The house looks like a different house. We love it. They were very professional and courteous. If we had questions they answered. Cleaned up. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I have no regrets. Thank you Restoration Roofing

Dele came out in 2019 ..they put the roof on looks great. Thought I had a issue recently .. again thought we might have a problem with them backing there warranty ..but again dele came out made sure no issues. Pointed out to me what to watch for .Thanks restoration roofing for doing what you say

Wow. My experience with this company was great! They helped navigate my insurance claim, were transparent about out of pocket expenses, and even protected my new driveway during the installation of the new roof. I am pleased!

Restoration Roofing Specialists did an excellent job for me. In addition to the services listed on my review, they also installed my vinyl siding. What started off as a roof replacement for wind and storm damage ended up being a whole lot more due to a bad water leak from a toilet. RRS was more than capable of handling it all, so much so I had them do the siding replacement as well!!!

Would highly recommend Restoration Roofing. Replaced my roof, worked with my insurance to file my claim, kept me informed about timing, etc. during the whole process. They did a great job!

They are very professional and quick. But took a while for the measured windows to arrive.

SO, My siding is now showing signs of not so good work. Siding is buckling in places...replacement window was cracked and have been trying since 2022 to get a response...
Not sure if I would them again. But as they say.. you get what you pay for...

I have used Certa Pro for my home and my office building. Jobs were perfect with great attention to detail. The crews cleaned up thoroughly every evening. I will definitely use them again.

The painters did exactly what they promised to do during the estimate. The work was top notch they cleaned up after themselves And answered all of my questions. When it comes to my home I am very demanding. They arrived when promised listen and worked until I was satisfied.

Horrible experience. Chris' crew tried a new procedure for removing popcorn from ceiling. This procedure put lots of waves in ceiling. Chris agreed it looked bad. Promised he would repair until I was satisfied. Two of his crews came out and TRIED to repair. Supervisor of crew even said he was not a dry wall finisher. After a couple attempts, Chris advises crew to sand and paint. - job complete. Not only was the waves still in ceiling the painting and sanding was unsatisfactory. There is thin places where the ceiling was not painted and chunks of mudd sticking out from ceiling. He uses cheap material. Chris blows smoke. Tells you what you want to hear. Incompetent. Double minded. Does not communicate in a timely fashion. Obviously, he is not a man of his word. I am very dissatisfied with the condition of my ceiling. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work on my exterior windows and doors, which needed work after 9 years of winters. Pressure washed the whole house, and painted windows, garage door, and exterior trim which turned out great. Crew was polite, professional, and thorough. We hired Certa Pro to paint the exterior of our house. We used the company several years ago to remove pop corn and paint ceilings and the outcome was good. However, for this job, there was a lack of attention to detail and overall sloppy or rushed work. Drops of paint were left on the brick and deck. Paint was left on hardware. Areas that needed calking were missed. The supervisor attempted to correct the problems but some things could not be corrected to complete satisfaction.

Mike and his crews were amazing to work with! They worked quickly, were very professional, and provided a high quality product for a reasonable price.

We just used CertaPro of Winston-Salem to paint the exterior of our house, and we're extremely pleased with the results! Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and great to work with. Our house looks great so we will definitely use CertaPro again for future painting needs.
