Had most of the inside of our large home painted an updated color. It completely transformed the appearance! Great value , meticulous workmanship, above and beyond customer service from initial discussion to finish product. Painters, Carlos and Roxanne, patched walls where needed in addition to painting. They kept us informed throughout the project. They worked tirelessly and completed the huge project in record time. We appreciated Mike’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Certa Pro painted our main living areas including the kitchen, dining room, stairwell and hallways. They kept everything clean and orderly and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

CertaPro painted the exterior of our house including siding, trim, doors, shutters and deck and did an amazing job! Our deck was in terrible shape and it looks brand new.

Mike was extremely responsive and updated our estimate several times. He showed up on the first day to get the crew started and was here most other days. Communication was outstanding.

The crew was very hardworking and paid attention to details. They showed up when they said they would every day. When they pressure washed the house, they did the chimney and sidewalks so everything looked great. They also painted our house numbers, flag bracket and the handles on the garage door. They cleaned up thoroughly every day.

Our house looks better than we expected. We are extremely pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

CertaPro painters, Antonio, and Maria were awesome! They were so thorough, attentive to detail, productive, and went to great effort to protect our property with plastic sheet covers, tape, and drop clothes. They thoroughly cleaned up each area. Their finished work was stunning. The popcorn ceiling removal, sanding, caulking, priming, and painting made our dining room ceiling look brand new!
They also did an exceptional job in our basement, prepping by caulking cracks, priming, and painting our cinder blocks.
Using white Loxon really brought our previously gray blocks to life.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Winston-Salem. The crew worked very hard all day long and took obvious pride in their workmanship. Mr. Pfauth stopped by every day to insure the work was satisfactory and address any questions I had. All of the contract specifications were accomplished, and I have no complaints regarding the quality of the painting, the time involved (four days), or the price. CertaPro Painters is a good company to work with and they provide quality service at a reasonable price.

We had CertaPro come out to paint the exterior of our home. It was a big project (3 stories in the back and dormer windows in the front). They did an excellent job! Mike was fantastic to work with, very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. Carlos was the project manager on site each day and was great to work with, very communicative if any issues came up and notified us of the progress along the way. I would definitely recommend using them for any projects!

My Dad bought his house Sept '23. It's been one thing after another. The latest fiasco were the three rooms which still had popcorn ceilings and no crown molding. We called around for estimates. Thank God I called CertaPro! Mike came out for the estimate. Our house was built in 1973. He told me we needed to have it tested for asbestos. I wanted to say a lot of not nice words at that point (not at Mike, he's too nice to say ugly things to!). All I know about asbestos is what I've seen on Property Brothers. I didn't even know where to begin! Mike was very patient through the whole ordeal, He explained it to me and was able to recommend a testing and abatement company. Lucky us, we had asbestos. The company Mike recommended was great! They were very professional, friendly, and thorough. We had to stay in a hotel during the abatement and felt comfortable with them in the house. Once the house was clear, CertaPro was able to come in. Antonio and his team were amazing. Very easy to work with, friendly, meticulous, thorough, extremely clean. All of the work they did looks amazing. You can tell they take great pride in doing a job right. We had a few things pop-up because, again, this house is a fiasco. Mike and Antonio were able to add them to the scope of work and take care of them for us. My Dad is 74 years old and I'm a 45 year old woman. We've had some outrageous estimates for work we needed done. One of the painting companies quoted us almost double what CertaPro did and never mentioned the potential asbestos!!! So, I can tell you that CertaPro is extremely affordable AND they have integrity. They not only care about the work they do, they care about their customers as people!!! I 100% recommend CertaPro. We are already discussing another project with Mike and are looking forward to working with them again. Thank you for the great work, for everything (including putting up with me) Mike, Antonio, Maria, and I don't know the other guy's name.

I cannot say enough about Mike and his team. They did a great job finishing a drywall installation project we had. Everything looked great and it was done in a timely and professional manner. We'll be calling them again in the near future when we want to get our ceilings painted.

Mike/Michelle, I want to let you know how pleased we are with our house painting. I can't say enough nice things about the great job Carlos and his wife did. They arrived on time each day as they said they would. Their attention to detail was more than we could have asked for. They were very thorough and paid attention to every detail. They never made a mess and went to great extremes to protect our shurby and objects that were below where they were painting.They worked hard each day only taking a short lunch break. Carlos did something that I have never seen a worker do. Each day he put a drop cloth or a container underneath the front of his van to keep oil from leaking on the driveway. Too bad more contractors don't do that. Please let Carlos and his wife know how pleased we are with their work. They both went way above our expectations. Our house looks great with the new coat of paint. We will not hesitate to recommend CertaPro Painters to anyone wanting painter recommendations.

It was a pleasure working with Mike and his team! Mike is responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Antonio and his painting team did a fantastic job repainting our living room cabinetry, as well as some wainscoting.
Certa Pro improved the quality of our cabinets and have made them look better than when they were 1st installed. Their price is competitive and service excellent!

We bought a fixer upper and set about to hire companies to replace the roof, install granite & backsplash, flooring, painting and popcorn ceiling removal. Certapro was hired to do the painting and popcorn ceiling removal. They were only able to remove the popcorn from one ceiling (master bedroom) citing it was taking too long to remove the remainder of the house. That ceiling had to be refinished and they did an awful job. We are going to have to install VERY wide molding to hide the shabby job they did. As for the painting in the reminder of the house, it is horrible. We are having to redo the paint job ourselves. They got paint on our fireplace mantle, wood floor and on several light sockets and just left it. We contacted certapro and the owner came out to see the shabby work that was done. We were told that the same painters would come out to make it right. They showed up and got their ladder but apparently did not even ring the doorbell as my husband was home at the time they claim they came by. We have not heard from them since. If you want a professional job done this company is not for you! I might add that all of the other companies we contracted did a great job!
