Great supply house that sells to public. Extensive supply of HVAC parts at reasonable prices cheaper than online and convenient location. Had two different versions of the capacitor that I needed so didn't even have to change bracket. Thank you for selling to the public it is greatly appreciated!!

Store was nearing closing hours but I called for a order we were having problems with. Chris over here putting out really good customer service and he got me taken care of even after the store was past its hours. 10/10. Update. Still the spot for hvac

They were busy, so I had to wait a little. However the staff was knowledgable, did not push me to the most expensive products and got me on my way as quick as possible. Appeared to have lots of parts available. Early hours are nice as I was easily able to pick up parts before work.

Great customer service! Needed a capacitor for my HVAC unit and was in and out in just a few minutes. Price was a lot lower than I expected, even beating Amazon. Highly recommend to anyone needing fairly priced parts and good customer service.

** 4 months later I find out the technician has STILL not been compensated as District Manager Jonathan Henderson assured me he was.
So not only does Ferguson not stand behind their product, they out and out lie.
Again, buy somewhere else! **

Travis at Ferguson in Greensboro would not replace a brand new faulty unit for me, the paying customer. The tech I hired found a faulty compressor. Travis claimed their new policy was to send out their own assessor to determine if the unit was faulty. However, he was "teaching a class" and would not be available until "next week sometime ." Travis would NOT supply my technician with another unit. What if it had been 100° outside? He showed zero compassion for the customer.
I would rate Ferguson zero stars if it would allow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

This place had outstanding customer service was very quick, very responsive. The price was better than online and they had the items available for instant pickup and they were very knowledgeable and also advised on a compressor I would definitely be going back..just bought a heating oil filter..The first 3 filter pics are the before and the last one is the one bought at Ferguson. The Brady Flanary Technician (#5699) repaired my A/C unit quickly and professionally without any trouble at all. They were able to come out the day I called and all my communications were quickly returned and conducted professionally and courteously.

AC went out completely. Called at 6pm the night before and left my name and number as instructed. Per the message someone called within minutes and she set up a tech to come by the next day between 11am and 1pm. The tech was fast and efficient diagnosing the issue. Replaced the part with one he had in the van and had us up and running within an hour of arrival. Very professional and informative. Would recommend and will use again for any future HVAC needs.

Brady Flanary's customer service is always top-notch! Adam, the service technician, was recently at my home to complete a repair that had to be addressed right away. I really appreciated his promptness and great communication. Brady is fortunate to have techs like him.

Had to replace 20-year-old heat pump in three-level townhouse. Obtained quotes from 3 well-known local HVAC companies. BF was significantly lower in price and also the engineer (Patrick) pointed out several improvements to system layout, which not only reduced upfront cost but also resulted in improved economics and a more healthy operating environment. Installation of the new system was completed on schedule. I monitored system operation for a few days and felt it needed to be fine-tuned, notified Patrick and he came out right away, identified and corrected the problems. I could not be happier with my dealings with this company.

They put in my furnace and my heat pump and I love their summer and winter check ups on my furnace 4X number dollars they just charged one time of year and a portion of that money they put aside say when you do need a new furnace or air conditioner heat pump you can use a portion that money up to a certain amount that was very helpful for me when my air conditioning quit working and I had my heat pump put in. And when you have problems you call they will call you back within 15 minutes usually and tell you when they'll be out there to service and fix your problem I highly recommend Brady heat and air. I have used them for over 18 years and I would not change.
