QRC just finished our heat pump replacement. An outdated and what turned out to be wrong sized heat pump was costing us a bloody fortune. Beginning with Chase to figure out the right size system we needed that could also fit our budget, then Jerry coming over and identifying improper installation issues from 20+ years ago that was no doubt contributing to high power bills, to Jeff and John’s installation work, we could not be happier. Highly recommend the crew from QRC!

The weather is getting worse this week I had a system emergency. The service bar none was amazing. There were several aesthetic changes that had to be in
made and it was done beautifully!A job that was quoted for three days was finished in a day and a half. Highly
recommend this company!

Justin was great. He explained what was going on and that the unit was overridden and would be running 24/7 still neds to put in quote and be fixed. he let us know about RTU 2 problem as well.

Alex was Absolutely the BEST! He was on it from the time he arrived until he left. He was kind, friendly, and professional the entire time. He explained everything to me clearly and laid out all of my options. He did an excellent job and got us back up and running. Highly recommend Alex and QRC!!!!

We had a great experience with QRC HVAC and Refrigeration - Residential Department. Our salesman , Chase, was easy to work with and did an excellent job laying out all of our options, which made the process simple and stress free. The installation team was very knowledgable and made sure everything was tidied up before they left. We highly recommend QRC and when we're ready to change out our other unit, we will definitely be calling them again.

Kept us informed on what he was doing and why. Answered all questions. Also offered us a PM deal which he said was $100 a year to check over the unit and make sure everything is good to go. I paid over $100 for this call but peace of mind is worth the yearly cost. Great service from their office and Brian the technician! Highly recommend!

Chase assessed my home to prepare a quote for a new HVAC system. He asked all the right questions, was super knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decisions. Great guy to work with!

QRC was very professional and reasonably priced. We needed repair on a boiler. They responded fast, gave a quote, ordered parts and got us taken care of quickly. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining the problem and getting it fixed for us. We would not hesitate to use them again when needed.

I had Chase come to the house to go over what we wanted in a new heat pump. Chase was very comfortable in his job. He answered our questions , gave us some directions on an add on for our house. I totally was comfortable with him. I would recommend this group when investigating new units and friendly service. 5hey have on call help all the time.

He was very nice and very experienced. He was able to show my managers pictures and gave explanations as to how something happened why something happened and what we can do to resolve it. He was quick and courteous. We love having them as our new lenders.

Tim was amazing. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable, honest and supportive. He weathered my icy neighborhood road and driveway to get to my door on Friday! QRC will put in a unit for me when the time comes when my unit completely dies. I’m also impressed with how the company is run and how they take care of customers after installation. Jasmine was also very helpful and accommodating when I called for someone to come out. QRC will get my business and I will share about them as well.

5 stars just isn’t a high enough rating for the folks at QRC! The service, quality, technology upgrades and the care that every team member showed in every interaction makes this family-owned company feel like our family now!

We are beyond grateful for our new HVAC system that works way better than the system we had. Our technology went up and our electric bill will be going down! They installed a filter and light system we were looking for to help with my husbands allergies too and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and walked us through the system, showing us how to use the cool new thermostat as well.

This is the company you should choose to work with; I am just another 5-star review among the hundreds and hundreds that they have, but we were treated like we were their top priority at every step of the way.
