Sparks HVAC did an excellent job repairing our air conditioner at our home in Copley. We got several quotes, and Sparks came in with the best price by far.
Anthony and his crew were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and answered all of our questions along the way. It’s hard to find companies that offer both great pricing and outstanding service, but Sparks HVAC delivered on both. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Copley looking for honest, reliable HVAC work.

The technician who serviced my furnaces was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and clean. He ensured that my furnaces were in fine working order and changed the filters. I stayed with him the entire time and asked plenty of questions. He answered all my questions and even added interesting facts about my heating systems. Had a chance to try the new plumbing service from Lakes and was pleased with the result. Tom was my technician and he contacted me the day of the appointment regarding his arrival time, then called again when he was on the way. Upon arrival he got qright to work, checking on the cause of my leak and fixing the problem. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I was charged just for the service call. Overall a good experience.

Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!

I depend on Lakes Heating for my furnace & AC maintenance. Technician, Brynn Laser, performed the furnace tuneup and answered a few questions I had. Brynn was friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. She also discussed & arranged a follow up on my humidifier add on to get it functioning properly. I recommend Lakes Heating & Brynn!

I had an issue with my furnace and decided after almost 30 years to replace it. Timing was not the greatest as a cold snap was coming. Every single person involved from an initial service call, finding a temporary replacement part , choosing the best fit for my house with the guidance of Mickey , the sales rep and Mike who came out to help and get measurements , truly had my best interest in mind. And to Ronko, what a gem. He will NEVER be able to be replaced!

Matt Zeiner did the installation of my furnace with a humidifier today. He arrived promptly and went to work. He did an excellent job. My furnace is beautiful. Matt cleaned up everything before he left. I really appreciate the work he did for me. Thank you all.

Phenomenal work. We had new ducts run, a new furnace with whole house humidifier and air scrubber installed, and mini splits installed on our second floor. The crew (Denver and Blake) did exceptional work. The salesman (Mickey) was so actively involved the entire time, and so nice. We had quotes from other places but went with Lakes because of Mickey. We liked Denver and Blake so much that we decided to have them install a new hot water tank as well (no pics because we had to schedule it). I also want to say, we have two babies under 1 in the house, and with all of the work going on their sleep schedules were thrown off. One morning I wanted to sleep in and I was in one of the upstairs rooms where they were installing the mini splits. My daughter was going to wake me and the crew said to let me sleep, they wanted to make our lives easier and they had plenty of other stuff to do. That was so kind of them. They went out of their way at every turn. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been using Lakes for years! They are fantastic! Always on time, fix what needs to be fixed, maintain my furnaces and AC units twice a year and are reasonably priced. I have always had friendly and knowledgeable technicians! Today was no exception with Zach! Great service appointment!

Tech knew what the problem was and completed his
Job in 20 minutes. Very kind person. Did a carbon check which I did not request, which took at least 8 Minutes which of course added to the overtime hourly rate! $301.00 for 20 minutes is a bit much. Also, I was originally told the tech would be here between three and five. I would love to purchase your yearly maintenance plan, and feel a portion of what I paid you should be applied to a maintenance plan! I am an 81 recently widowed person and do not have unlimited funds. Please let me know if you plan to discount a maintenance plan for the excess I paid you. Maryjane Palmer

Jake was great! He was quick, friendly and thoroughly explained the issue and what was needed to fix it. Pricing also is decent with the company, we’ll be using them going forward!

Jake is very thorough and explained every step in resolving the issue. So impressed I purchased the regular maintenance twice a year for two years.
