Property Services Unlimited is great! They can do just about anything you would need done at your home or property. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They built a 6ft privacy fence at my house, and it turned out wonderful. I would recommend them to others and use them again for future projects I have.

This company came in and did what needed to be done and even more so!

The owner of this business, Mr. Mason was professional and polite, and all of the employees were polite and respectful.

There was a lot to be done in a very, very, very short period of time (not exaggerating) and they were determined to not only get it done on time, but to also finish it Properly!

I was quite amazed at what they were able to complete and also how they were able to fix a mess which was created by a different contractor!

I have given Property Services Unlimited a five star rating and am Highly Recommending them!

This is an exemplary Handy Man Connection (Blue Ash)! They were one of the few places that would tackle installing an automatic gate opener. To start, Randy, who came out and estimated the job was great. He put a lot of time and energy finding the most appropriate opener for our needs.
I will say the first guy to come out and work on the project was not so good and made a few mistakes.
Bianca in the office was very responsive when I called about this. She has been wonderful to work with .

Knowledgeable and really worked to figure some peculiarities out with the project. He was very patient with me who has 1002 questions. He came out a couple times as he/we worked to get the opener up and running and all the kinks out. Between his knowledge and personality, we loved enjoyed having him at our home.

I just had Handyman Connection out to do some electrical work in a house I recently purchased. I had them fix the electrical wiring for the washer and dryer and an overhead light fixture, fix a few outlets, and label the electrical panel. Earl and Mike S did an excellent job with these repairs. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I also had a great experience with Rachel and Bianca in the office. I'd highly recommend this crew for electrical repairs, and I'll definitely reach out in the future if I encounter any other problems in my new house!

I used Handyman Connection of Blue Ash for the second time on 1/9/23 to do a kitchen cabinet board replacement under the bottom of my kitchen sink. Brian B. did a fantastic job! He was on time, confirmed what needed to be done, did the work in a timely manner by tearing out the rotten board and replacing it with plywood that he custom fit to the bottom of the cabinet and around the pipes inside the cabinet, and had me inspect the finished work to make sure of my satisfaction prior to him leaving the work site. The kitchen cabinet looked great again thanks to Brian’s excellent work. I highly recommend Handyman Connection of Blue Ash!

Jesse and Mike S. did an excellent job of installing new kitchen cabinets. They patiently answered all questions and were professional and easy to deal with. Rachel was also very helpful in dealing with my multiple phone calls and coordinating having my cabinets picked up so they would be ready to install.

Everything about our experience with Handyman Connection of Blue Ash was wonderful. From our initial phone call slightly desperate for help, to the quick initial visit from Randy, to the actual job done by Derek- seamless! Derek was especially great. So professional & honest, but also does great work! We are very happy with the outcome of our project & would recommend this company 100%!

Mike recently performed exterior repairs on my home. He was friendly and discussed multiple options before starting work. Also, was flexible working with weather challenges and he coordinated with multiple parties to get the right tools on site on time to perform the work quickly.

I got multiple bids for the job and found Handyman Connection to be good value for the cost.

Randy Neises came out to provide a quote for all the work I needed done around the house. Very professional and thorough. Then Shawn Fox & Mike Shoemaker followed through and did amazing and clean work. They only took 1/4 of the time quoted and did a lot of things around the house that was life saving. Highly recommend!

Mr. Shaun Fox did a terrific job today repairing front screen door and recementing yard fence post. He is conscientious and very professional and knows his stuff. I am very grateful the company sent him to do this job. He is the best!

We have not decided yet to go with Handyman, but I just wanted to drop a note of praise about Randy, who came to do an estimate on a number of items on our home. Randy was on-time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. But what really stood out for me was his thoroughness in checking out all the things we wanted repaired and upgraded. His quote was the most thorough I've received from any contractor anywhere. He even stayed long past time for his next appointment to ensure we got a well-prepared and thoughtful quote. Great job - and it's just a quote at this stage!

Appreciate the quality work done by Shawn Fox today. Needed a repaint on my bathroom ceiling and he made great and timely work of it. Shawn was very clean and tidy while work and had a great conversation with me about how to help prevent and other problem. Big thank you to him and the handyman team. Definitely recommend and ask for Shawn.

Mike and Shawn did a great job setting up my ping pong table in the basement. They worked fast and efficiently. Very professional, responsive and courteous. They helped clean up quickly and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire them again in the future for other projects. I highly recommend them for any job that you might need done. I am so glad I found Handyman Connection.

Randy N. came today and gave us an estimate to build a composite deck on the back of our newly constructed home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious he is very experienced. He left us a quote before he left, which was really great. Sometimes we have had to wait a week or two to get the quote from people. We have not signed the contract yet, only because we are waiting on another estimate so we have something to compare it to. We have learned that this is so much more than price to consider. Dependability is a must! We would recommend doing business with this craftsman.

The craftsman that we had was Joseph Dussault. He was honestly the most professional person I've ever seen. he replaced many boards on our fence & repainted the entire thing. He is also very respectful, honest & courteous. Definitely someone you can trust. He's also a good family man. I would not hesitate for 1 second to use him again...he's excellent & top notch! Handyman should be thankful to have such a hard working man as an employee.

I had some serious water damage behind walls and under the floor in my main bathroom of a rental house I manage. I had the floors repaired and a new tub and 3 piece surround installed. There were several unexpected discoveries as the project moved forward. Earl (the project manager) never missed a beat and kept the project moving forward until completion.
I also had the pleasure of working with two of their employees (Mike and Anthony). Their work ethic was great and responsiveness was first class.
Also their office staff was excellent. Their were several changes to the original scope of work and the bid was updated promptly.

Anthony Lee came to my daughter's townhouse on 8-20-24 to replace 3 old smoke alarms with new ones. He also replaced 1 new battery in the smoke alarm high up in the cathedral ceiling. He did a great job. He was friendly and very efficient in getting the job done in only an hour.

The pricing was the best of the estimates we had gotten. Shawn was on time, friendly, and very diligent in his work. He kept me up to date and gave me options for what we could do every step of the way. He did a great job! I would definitely use Handyman Connection of Blue Ash again.

The Handyman Connection was terrific! Anthony Lee assembled a dining room table, installed a shower curtain rod and changed smoke detector batteries. He was fast, efficient, pleasant, and just all around excellent! We will absolutely use Anthony and the Handyman Connection in the future. Thank you!

Anthony Lee did a great job installing our patio light. It was under new construction so the conditions were muddy. He was patient, very friendly and professional. We will definitely call them in the future
