We could not have asked for a better experience with having a large oak tree pruned, a large maple tree removed, and some overgrown brush removed and hauled away. The entire experience (from quoting to project completion) was absolutely great. I would certainly have them do work on our property in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs tree service completed. Please keep up the great work!

Highly recommend, extremely professional and their work was beyond expectation!
Our landlord failed to inform us the company was coming to clean up fallen trees. When I woke up to a work zone in my back yard I may have acted out of character. The man working handled it very well. Then I locked myself out of the house and he probably thought I was watching his every move but really I was just trying to get back inside to my kids.

I was SO impressed by this team! A large dying ash tree was at the edge of my yard and threatened my neighbor's house. They dismantled the tree with a bucket truck and carefully lowered all pieces of the tree to the ground in my yard. They were VERY professional (as you would expect from firefighters), very effective and really nice guys. They were also a very good value for the money. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The right equipment makes all the difference! Had a tree with a dead branch hanging over my house that a cherry picker or crane could not get too. So glad I called First Response. They have a lift that can fit in spots other equipment can't. Their team did a great job dropping the tree safely and at a good price. Ricky and his crew removed two trees from our property. One was very large and close to the house. They did an excellent job taking them down, grinding the stumps and clean up. The weather was cold with snow on the ground which made the clean up more difficult. Everyone on the crew were very courteous and professional. Thanks Ricky and crew. We had 2 trees taken down. One which was threatening to fall on the house and another that was in a relatively inaccessible part of the yard. Ricky and his team came in and laid down a path to the inaccessible tree, tore it down, and removed it all quickly. Also did everything safely and professionally so that there was never a moment of doubt they were the real deal. Got this recommendation from a friend when I asked about needing some trees taken down and I'll pass on the recommendation to whoever else is reading.

Ricky and his team displayed both professionalism, timeliness and a kind, caring attitude when doing work on two old oak trees on my property line that I share with a difficult neighbor. The first oak was cut down in fall 2024, after it had totaled my next door neighbor’s car and repeatedly shed limbs on both our properties. This August 2025, we had a limb from a giant 200 plus year old oak tree fall on my roof and damage it, as well as crush a section of our fence. I called Ricky to assess, and he recommended removing the hazardous tree, although my neighbor has not agreed to that. To mitigate risk on my side of the tree, he and his team brought the crane back to trim all the limbs off of my side and clear the debris from the roof. Rickey and team were professional, on time and left my property clean and safer! Thanks Lux Tree! I highly recommend!!

We had Lux out this week to remove 4 large dead trees. We were impressed with the quality of work they were doing and ended up expanding the job to a total of 9 trees. Overall we were very happy with the work performed.

Cameron and his crew did a great job! Removed 6 trees, 3 limbs from healthy trees, and ground out 3 stumps. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick turnaround. Will definitely work with Lux again!

Ricky, Steve and the rest of the guys with Lux Tree Service did an amazing job with my giant willow tree that had fallen. Got this thing cleaned up in one day fighting the 90 degree weather and a hornets nest! 🥵😳 Would absolutely recommend them! They worked their butts off.

Awesome experience with Lux Tree Service! Ricky and Cameron were so friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with tree removal, stump grinding and stubborn bush removal. Rapid responsive times and got the job done within a couple of days! Can't recommend them enough!
