Terrible customer service. They never followed up to finish the power washing that did not remove the stains. Will never use them again!

They hung holiday lights for a customer, then gave said customer a phone number to a different company (the company I work for) and she is giving us a hard time even though we didn't install her lights..I would give 0 stars if I could.

Never showed up. Called and was told they had already been to house and completed. Offered to show security footage from home.. not sure who’s house they pressure washed but wasent mine lol . Terrible service

They did amazing job with the power washing and making my home look good as new and they also did an excellent job with the seasonal gutter cleans and holiday light installation.

Clearly amazing has always done an amazing job especially when it comes to christmas lights, window cleaning, and siding washes. The team are always willing to to explain why something may not come clean or discuss what can be done to fix the issue.

We have the most beautifully decorated home on the street... Thank you Clearly Amazing... Christian does a phenomenal job, as I'm sure all of your designer/decorators do... We couldn't be happier...

Short version, Do Not Trust, Do Not Use.

Long version. The workers themselves are pretty great, but unfortunately they are sabotaged by a manager that is the very definition of corrupt, incompetent, and unprofessional. You can match that manager's name to the "local guide" that gave this location a 5-star rating; which speaks volumes about her lack of integrity. Now I could go on all day, but all you need to know is that she will milk you for every penny she can, does NOT know what she's talking about, and will probably start raising her voice if you argue too much with her.

So yeah, continue that search for a window washing/christmas lights company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Did not complete full job requested, but demanded full payment of price quoted. Don't get scammed; go elsewhere.

I submitted a request for a quote from All Clean to clean the gutters on both my home and garage. Within minutes of the form, receive a text from a woman identifying herself as Sharon thanking me for my gutter cleaning request.  She says that she is with All-Clean! / Clearly Amazing Cincinnati and that she will be calling me as soon as possible to get started on the estimate I requested, but she needs me to first confirm my address so she could look up my house on Google Maps to provide my estimate. She then calls me to price the job and we schedule a time the next day for her crew to perform the work requested.  The crew show up and cleans the gutters on my home, but not the garage. They claim there is no mention on their work order about the garage. They demanded payment of the full price quoted for a job not fully completed and now I can't get Sharon to take my calls to discuss.

We’re always happy when Clearly Amazing soft-washes our home/gutters/windows. The office personnel and cleaning crew are always friendly and responsive. We will continue using Clearly Amazing’s soft-washing services. 😊
