prompt, thorough, and friendly - they did an amazing job power washing my concrete and soft washing my roof. I will use Clearly Amazing again.

I had my white vinyl fence cleaned. Two people came and worked several hours to clean my fence that had green algae growing on it. The fence is now perfectly white again! Their price was also lower than the other companies that I compared them to.

This is a PSA to NOT use Clearly Amazing Cincinnati to hang your holiday lights. They quoted our home and made it seem that our three story home would have no issue to install lights on. Upon day of install, they declare they cannot install lights due to our type of roof and when I asked if they could wait ten minutes to decide what to do and speak with their company and salesman, they left. Not the start to the Christmas season we’d like. Bah Humbug. 😣

I’m so frustrated with this company. This is the first time I’m writing a review. Normally when I’m not happy with a company I just don’t use them again. But this company is completely unreliable!!! Has wasted two months of my time. I scheduled gutter cleaning in October and it’s now December & they still haven’t showed up to clean my gutters. They either don’t show up, email to cancel & reschedule & don’t even bother to call or show up on the day they rescheduled. They overwhelmed me with phone calls to use them but don’t show up. Don’t waste your time. Absolutely unprofessional & will give you nothing but excuses. Rating less than a 0.

Horrible experience with driveway pressure washing. Even worse experience with owner/office staff. All in all worst experience I’ve had with ANY company in over 30 years.
They continue to spam me with emails and texts after I have requested unsubscribe and STOP.

Highly recommend these guys! Hired them to soft wash the exterior of some of our buildings at the apartment complex I manage. They do a great job! The team came with the proper equipment to get the job done, a night and day difference! I plan to use them for more building washes in the future as well.

We really were amazed! Beautiful results! Chris and Robert did an excellent job cleaning our vinyl siding and windows, and brightening the gutters. Both were very friendly and very professional. Ken Watson arranged our services and he too was very friendly and professional. We were super pleased and highly recommend Clearly Amazing services!

Scammed out of over $300. The customer service from Clearly Amazing is some of the worst I've ever received. When quoting for our job, they required my credit card number to put a deposit down for our appointment. The work was completed as I requested (it was done fine) but then I was overcharged by what I estimate to be an extra $350 invoiced automatically to my credit card on file. I requested 3 sides of our house be washed, and they charged us for 4. We have been disputing this invoice for over 3 months and no one in the company, including their National Sales Manager, will return our call, or basically acknowledge our existence. It's an incredible response to something that seems simple to rectify - we just want to be charged for the amount of work done... Anyway, another review on here said it, and I'll say it too - we've been totally scammed. I am honestly in shock at the lack of professionalism and pretty upset about being out so much money with no way to recoup. I don't leave reviews often but this has really angered me enough to publicly complain. I don't recommend!

The crew that came out were on time and professional. When they were done they went back around and checked their work. They redid a couple of Windows. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again.

Clearly Amazing did an excellent job cleaning our roof last month. Actually Clearly Amazing was the second company we called, the first company came out and did such a terrible job. Clearly Amazing got the job done right the first time, we highly recommend their services.

Last year, our small community decided to add holiday lights at our entrance monument. The staff was amazing! They quickly provided a quote and, after we signed the contract, got us on their schedule to install! When they installed the lights, we notified them there was a large bush they missed. Within one day they returned and added the missing lights. They've always been timely with questions and accommodated our needs. Our holiday lights were beautiful and just what we wanted!

I’ve used Clearly Amazing for our holiday lights for the past three years. The team at Clearly Amazing has always been professional and responsive if the occasional bulb goes out. I’ve also used them to treat the roof for moss/algae and once again, they did a great job. I highly recommend Clearly Amazing!!!

I am very disappointed in the Job Clearly Amazing did cleaning the outside of the windows of my home. The last time I had them they did an excellent job and was very pleased.
This time however, they used a spray gun to clean the windows and then used a brush to wipe them off. So I have several windows with bubble imprints at the bottom .

Then they refuse to clean 3 windows on my back porch saying they were not on the list. I have no idea where the list came from. He also told me he did not have the equipment to clean them located on the porch. He called someone from the company and they said I was lucky last time! So therefore I cannot give Clearly Amazing a good rating. I paid them what was quoted to me but did not get the job I paid for!

After getting surprise price increases, we turned on our roof lined lights and 1/2 are burnt out and the other 1/2 were replaced with LED when the strand is warm lights.

We had issues with shoddy and sketchy installation. At tear down, this employee kicked and broke a flying pig ceramic statue and did not acknowledge it (I have a ring video). I asked again as they were leaving and no one acknowledged that it happened.

“Clearly Amazing” has been our go-to for gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, and Christmas (and Halloween) light installation for a while now. We couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend their service, communication and pricing.

I'll be honest, I wasn't "Amazed" by Clearly Amazing. They did a good job with power washing the driveway and patio. However, I would not recommend at all using them for anything other than that. The window washing and "gutter brightening" I received was poorly done. I pointed out a few areas that needed retouching after they were completed, but in the end, I was just wanted them to leave so I said "it's fine".

I would also point out that the information the crews receive about each job isn't accurate. They don't seem to look at each work order and I had to remind them at the start what they were here for.

Another thing that annoyed me was the fact that nearly all the crew members smoked in my backyard while on the clock. I made a point to check for butts in the grass when they left. It also seemed odd to me that there was one guy power washing and the other three were sitting in the grass, on their phones, smoking. At least do something that shows an attention to detail. Maybe wiping the windows to prevent water spots would be a better use of time.

I wish I would've just stuck with the power washing. It would have been cheaper and I probably would've been happier.

This company lacks any customers service. They pressure washed my deck and did extensive damage, see photos. After months of complaining they sent out two technicians who reviewed the damage and took responsibility. They even explained how the vibration of the hose from the pressure wand caused it because the operator did not take care. DO NOT USE this company!
