Ricky and his team continue to impress. This is the second time I've used Ricky and Lux tree services for my tree service needs. This time I needed 3 very very large Sycamore trees removed from between my yard and the neighbors. I also had him take out some smaller trees, do some trimming and stump grinding. They utilized a large crane for the larger trees between the houses and were able to remove them with no issue. I was clearing some space for a sports net in the back yard and asked if the climber would run some eye hooks and wire as a favor and he did so without hesitation. My neighbors came home from work and made the comment that "you couldn't even tell they had been here. Well, minus the huge trees not being there any longer." I have refered Lux to numerous friends and everytime the feedback is the same. "They did a great job." If you are considering using Lux. Think no more, they will get it done efficiently, correctly and for a fair price. Another great experience with Lux!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have lived in this house for 46 years and so over that time I have hired many different companies for tree work but from now on I will probably never use anyone else. The Lux Tree crew started assembling at my house at 7:30 am with a huge crane, a shredder and box truck, a pickup pulling a large industrial grade trailer, a small front-end loader, and a stump remover. Within an hour they had a man with a chain hoisted above the top of a 45 ft dead oak tree (with a trunk at least a yard in diameter). About 4 hours later, the only thing left was pile of sawdust and dirt from grinding out the root. The lawn around the tree had several perennial flower beds -- it was a virtual obstacle course (e.g., flower beds, driveway, and lawn) but in the end not a single flower lost its life as near as I can tell. None of the heavy equipment left a dent in the yard or drive. And every last leaf, twig, and branch was ground up, or hauled off -- then they swept up the entire area with rakes -- quite literally leaving the yard looking cleaner than before they started. I suppose you might think that Lux Tree is relatively expensive -- but you would be wrong -- they are fully competitive price wise. You decide.

Really amazing work. They were quick, efficient, reasonable on price. I hope I don’t need tree service anytime soon but I’ll certainly be calling them again when I do.

Ricky and his team were great! Kept me updated and sent pictures when they were done. Trimmed the trees for a fair price too. Even picked up my backyard and left it clean!

True professionals. Ricky and his crew love what they do and it shows. I have been putting off getting some large trees taken down and several others trimmed up because of the cost. I watched them working on some large trees across my street for a few hours and knew I needed to call them. I was impressed with their equipment and teamwork. Ricky quickly gave me an estimate for all of the tree work and grinding the stumps for a price I could manage. It also included clean up and haul the wood away. Communication was top notch and they got the work done faster than I expected. Everyone showed respect for our property as well. Highly recommend Ricky and his men if you need tree service.

We had a huge white oak tree in our front yard that we needed cut down. It was a tricky location on the corner of a busy street and a side street, plus there were adjacent power lines to navigate, so working with someone who was proficient with operating a crane was necessary.

We decided to work with Lux Tree Services, and I was impressed by how quickly and skillfully Ricky and his team managed the complicated removal—they started at 7:00 a.m. and were all done with the last vehicle leaving before 3:00 p.m. The team also did a terrific job cleaning up the site and removing all debris before they left, which I especially appreciated. We had a great experience, and I am glad to recommend them.

From start to finish, really excellent work. Thanks Ricky for your expertise; Cameron and crew did a great job pruning a magnolia tree and grinding out a large crab tree stump - prepping that area for a new tree planting. Wonderful family owned business - very competitive pricing, quick scheduling and clear communication.

Ricky and his team crushed it! They went over and beyond. Even cutting some dead limbs on the city owned trees as they left the job site to make the neighborhood look nicer. They also trimmed down a neighbor's broken tree base so kids wouldn't get hurt. I wish I took before photos of my backyard & because they tightened it up! Would highly recommend them!

Ricky and his team did a pretty damn good job. Everything was done correctly, and quickly and they cleaned up after them selves. There services was also affordable. His communication was great … and I love his equipment he knew what he was doing.

Excellent service! The team was professional and well organized, trimming/pruning the trees and cleaning up all branches. They were also careful to protect our front yard while using heavy equipment. They really did a fantastic job.

Owner is knowledgeable & transparent. We had Ricky’s crew come out to take care of a very large hickory branch that fell near our playset. They were professional ,worked in a timely manner, & respectful of our property.

Before, after and during the job could not have been done any better. From a call Monday afternoon, to a quote Tuesday morning to a tree removed by that midafternoon it was a wonderful experience. These guys know what they are doing. In addition to removing the big pine 🌲 tree they helped trim dead limbs from our big oak. Could not be happier with the job they did.

We had Ricky, Cameron and their crew remove a large tree that was hanging over our house. It was in a very tight spot with our deck, fencing, and shed. They made the job look easy!! They do great, efficient work and I would definitely recommend them to others. They had our massive tree down and stump gone in 5 hours.

Ricky and his crew did an amazing job removing a dead maple tree that was between 2 power lines. They took great care of us making sure that they didn't mess up our yard or flowers. Went the extra mile on cleanup as well. Highly recommend Lux Tree Service.

Ricky and his team took down a tall maple tree in our front yard fast and efficiently! Tree was located between our house and power lines. Utilized a crane to lift portions of the tree up and over the power lines. Tree was taken down and site was cleaned up in less than 3 hours. Job well done!

We had an extremely large tree fall on our home two nights ago. I called Lux Tree Service, as they had done some exceptional work for our neighbor, at 7:30 in the morning morning and by 1pm that afternoon the entire tree had been removed from top to bottom. Ricky and his team were exceptional - kind, generous and so willing to assist in, what was for us, a crisis situation. I will be recommending this business to anyone who needs tree work done in the future. We will be forever Lux customers! Thank you to Ricky and the Team!

Ricky, Cameran and the rest of the crew were great. They were very polite and finished the job in a couple of hours. They were able to fit me in to remove the tree and grind out the stump the same day I received the quote. Cameran explained how he could only grind about 90% of the stump since some large roots were too close to the wall and they didn't want to damage the wall which I appreciated. They cleaned up the area when finished and you can hardly tell they were there. They even saved some of the wood for our firepit. I would highly recommend them. Very polite, professional and very respectful of our property. I highly recommend them!

I have had Ricky help me remove trees from several homes over the last 10 years. He is punctual, responsive, professional, and I think the best there is in the tree service industry. I would not trust anyone else with this kind of work. I have watched how he interacts with his team and they are all top notch. If I could give Lux Tree Service 10 stars, I would.
