Jonathan does a great job of keeping the customer informed and explaining everything he did and why he did it.

I was not able to be at home due to being at work. Normally I like to be there when work is performed at my home. My wife was there to interact with Jason Griffin who was the service tech.He was there to give my AC unit a tuneup.
When I arrived home my wife told me how friendly and knowledgeable Jason was. He told her everything that he was doing from beginning to end and explained everything in a way that makes sense to the avg person. He gave her recommendations on what to do for the best performance of our AC unit. It makes me fill good to know that this company has a good employee that is not trying to sell the homeowner everything under the sun or make pushy sales. Though I didn’t meet Jason I wanted to Thank him and I will be calling on calling this company again for future heating and air service. Hopefully we can request him for service.

Tech Jonathon Eaves has provided quick and honest service on two separate occasions. Appreciate his service and integrity.

Matt came after hours to fix my furnace, which had stopped working during this freezing weather. He was courteous and efficient, and got my furnace back up and running. Thank you, Matt!

Chad was early and did a thorough inspection and tuning of my gas boiler. He was courteous and professional. I would prefer to use Chad for future service calls.

Ethan Schepker has been helping us with our furnace and he is the BEST. He is kind, helpful, responsible, and trustworthy. We always felt like we were in good hands with Ethan and National. I would highly recommend Ethan at National for your furnace needs!

Kevin Gaines was highly professional and we would welcome him anytime to service our HVAC system - Thank You Kevin. In addition, he was able to also fix our Humidifier during the visit.

Matt was great! He immediately fixed the leaky humidifier and then was able to service all of our furnaces while he was here. He did a wonderful job!

Also the issue was a crack in pipe small one that he quickly found and is still under warranty so it will be fixed soon

Matt Ellison did an excellent job of diagnosing our radiator boiler issues. He was very methodical, thorough and knowledgeable. We were impressed with how quickly he showed up at our door ready to help, and how nicely he answered all of our questions.

Chad was amazing! Very genuine and thoughtful. He even told me to personally let him know if the furnace kept working after his fix because he wants to make sure he delivered on what we needed before the storm. What a guy!

I own a large, 200-year-old historic home, and the previous owners had unfortunately neglected the routine maintenance on the boiler. I was facing several different issues as a result, but Chad was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and methodical in correcting every single problem.
I was particularly impressed by how upfront they were with the pricing. The costs were very fair, especially given the complexity of a historic home. They even took the time to show me how to perform basic preventative care to avoid future breakdowns. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for my annual service and routine maintenance from now on.

My hvac company told me I needed a new compressor after it stopped warming my home as much as it used to. I called Kevin Gaines of National Heating and Air. After diagnostics and visual inspection, I discovered unattached wires and an incompatible capacitor were the reasons for my problems. After these issues were corrected, my house heated up quickly, just as it used to. I was happy to feel the heat again and relieved I did not have to worry about the expense or inconvenience of replacing my compressor. Thank you much, Kevin.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Kevin’s services this week. He assessed the problem for us on Sunday and had our heat pump back up on Wednesday. Kept the temperature needed in the furnace mode in between. We’re in Florida most of the year, so we’re totally dependent on his skills. Our thanks to Kevin for a great job.

Kevin Gaines is awesome. He’s friendly and so competent. He answered many questions I asked about the furnace. I had questions about the water heater as well and he went the extra mile to send pictures & get answers from the proper person. I will definitely sign up for their furnace checkups and will ask for Kevin for the visits. I’m sold in the company thanks to Kevin!

As a contractor who is over a project of a property....we can't call a Hvac company out to do a job.....how do you make money......if I call you give me a quote...if agreed.....do the job and I'll pay.....if you have a problem as for half up front......problem solved.......pointless to call here if your a GC or builder.....save your money and train your own guys for Hvac......
