The technician did a great job because Jenn Air sent the wrong part and he was able to use the parts of my old front panel of the stove and transfer it to the other part I was sent. He was done quickly and efficiently. Now I have a new front panel that isn’t dented. Thank you!

The fan on our Sub Zero Refrigerator went out, John our tech replaced it on the first visit and also adjusted the door. The unit works fine once again! Probably better!

An older dryer needed a safety sensor replaced. The technician was prompt and professional. He completed the job in a responsible amount of time. The office staff were on top of the schedule. I was very pleased with the job start to finish.

Total appliance needed 1 week after receipt of parts to service my refrigerator under warranty. The mfr. first sent the wrong parts. So two weeks later, the repairman found he could not fix it. Another week to get the right parts plus another week to schedule installation. From start to finish, it took one MONTH for my refrigerator to be repaired.

I have used total appliance repair for the last 15 years. Several months ago we bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, which seemed to be extremely noisy. We just spent $2800 and we’re extremely disappointed as we’ve owned KitchenAid dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and cooktops in the past and always been extremely satisfied. Our last KitchenAid Refrigerator lasted 20 years. I called KitchenAid under warranty three months in and they sent someone other than total appliance repair. On two different, occasions they told me these refrigerators are mass produced and we should expect them to be noisy. That’s just the way it is now, they don’t make them like they used to, I was told. Being extremely frustrated, I finally called KitchenAid warranty department a third time and insisted I wanted total Appliance to come out. They sent Brian out who is one of their veterans. He assured me that my brand new refrigerator fan was defective. He had one in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He resolved our issue and we are extremely pleased with our new refrigerator. So disappointed that KitchenAid didn’t send total Appliance out the first time. I knew that they could take care of me and that this was not acceptable level of noise for our new $2800 refrigerator. Thanks total appliance repair for coming to our rescue. We are so grateful. Bob Taussig

179.00 just to show up at our house to perform a $5 fix is a little stiff. I understand that your experience and position of leverage allows you to dictate a calling price but it feels like I’m being gouged. Is it possible you can keep the calling price but reduce it against the service given. Cut the calling price in half? I guess you are not in fear of pricing yourself out of business or in fact get a bad rap overtime.

The technician was helpful and fixed the issue quickly. I was disappointed that despite my initial appointment being pushed back to later in the day because of staffing issues, the appointment was later rescheduled for the next day when the technician was expected to arrive. It created difficulty in trying to be available the next day when the appointment was rescheduled.

Before calling this company be aware That they have so far the highest service charge I found. They charge $109 for the first appliance and even though they’re going to the same exact location, they’ll charge $75 for the second! The original idea of the service fee was to make up for the time and gas of the trip so why two charges oh because you can get away with it no thanks! These companies need to post these fees on their website and infirm customers BEFORE, but they wait unless you ask which I did. These upfront service fees were supposed to be t”rip charges” which makes sense, but why a second fee if no other trip. Because u can get away with it? That’s called gouging I will take my work elsewhere.

John was on time; diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the part in his van, so was able to complete the repair on the spot. I also had some questions for him about our noisy disposal. He took a look, told me what was going on, and gave me suggestions. Very helpful.

Outstanding! Sean arrived on time, was very skilled and professional, worked hard and completely fixed our washer and dryer. One of the best experiences I’ve had with an appliance repair. Total Appliance is awesome!!

I had two issues with my dishwasher and reported them at the time of making the appointment. When the tech arrived, he recommended not making the repairs due to the age of the dishwasher. The person making the appointment had the make, model and serial number of the dishwasher. I should have been told repairs are not recommended for this item at the time of making the appointment to save being charged a trip charge.

Total Appliance came to fix my range and inspect a beverage fridge. The service technician was very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and to explain what he was doing. He was courteous and polite. He gave recommendations on care of the appliance. Will use Total Appliance again in the future.

The technician was great. He discovered I needed a new “mother board” and placed the order. However, after he left another issue presented itself. I reached out to the office, spoke with a manager. I requested another visit in case I needed to order another part. The manager refused and stated when the mother board comes in they would set the appointment to replace it, then they would look at my stove again. I explained I could potentially be without an oven for 6 weeks as they estimated 3 weeks for the “mother board”. The manager at this point shut down and would not entertain any other outcome. At this point I wanted to speak to her boss, which I then learned was the owner. At that time he was not available. I left my number and asked for him to call me. That was September 12. I still have no phone call. No stove, and no answers regarding the second issue.

"I am writing to share my appreciation for the service I received today on my dishwasher. Joe was my technician, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was professional and courteous from the moment he arrived. He identified the problem immediately and took care of ordering the part right then and there. Please ensure this feedback is shared with him and his supervisors—he is a great asset to your team!"
