Highway Robbery! Totally took advantage of the elderly.
Had two toilets where the flapper degraded over time resulting in the tank constantly refilling. Even with the toilets being Kohler, the replacement parts are anywhere from $7 - $20 at any Home Depot or Lowes. They charged an 80+ year old almost $400 for the work!!

Any handyman that I have spoken with said that parts, time/labor shouldn't have cost more than $150 max.

Hell, they charge $99 JUST to drive out to your place without doing anything!

Save yourself the money and hire a local handyman.

Sam and his assistant did a wonderful, excellent and beautiful job with replacing my leaking 47 gallon Lowboy water heater in a very tight confined cubby in my condo. Sam came out on a Tuesday to go over everything that was needed and quoted me for the work and the next day on Wednesday he came back to replace the bad water tank and bad piping with all new. Sam, his assistant and Approved Plumbing are all AAAAA+++++!!! We all need a million more of people like Sam!!! If you want a more friendlier, nicer, genuine person to work on your plumbing needs, ask for Sam!! Thanks Approved Plumbing for running an awesome company!!

Jeff came out for an after hours visit to replace my leaking hot water tank. He did a wonderful job, explained everything to me and left everything in perfect condition. I am so grateful!

Every technician AP has sent us for different plumbing needs over the past year) has been terrific, including Sam today, who took care of a severely backed-up toilet. And thanks to Rochelle, who arranged for him to come out within 30 minutes after I called for help. So grateful! UPDATE: We had this issue again--no fault of the toilet or the prior fix--and again AP came to our aid. This time Jeff arrived and couldn't have been any more kind, understanding, and helpful. Jeff did a great job of fixing the leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. It was in a difficult spot but he persevered and got it repaired. Joe came on a very cold day to look at a dripping outdoor faucet. He clearly explained what needed to be done and the cost. We scheduled a day when I had more time for him to come back and do the repairs.

Called Approved Plumbing for emergency service on a failed hot water tank that was leaking water into the basement. Rochelle - the dispatcher - responded immediately and scheduled a crew for same-day early afternoon. The lead technician, Sam, was excellent as were his two crew members. Clearly experienced, they had the tank replaced within a few hours. We certainly appreciated the service and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency due to a sewer backup at our facility. They were able to come to our business within an hour to address the issue. The final bill was actually $200 less then the initial estimate as they were able to address the issue faster then they thought. Very reputable company that I will use again as a result.

I got an appointment right away. Sam and the other worker gave me various options and did the needed repair quickly. They recalled work they had done at my property some years back and that work was also excellent. Sam was especially helpful and pleasant.

Found water leak at outside faucet, call and got great response time. Sam came out, explained option to repair, was able to do right away. Explained what he was doing and did great professional job.Will definitely use if need plumber again.

I had a leak in a water line fitting, so I contacted All Service Plumbing through their website. I received a reply from the owner that they would contact me to setup an appt the next day, which they did. Their service tech showed up on time as scheduled. They treated my home as if it was their own. The leak got fixed in a matter of no time. They made sure the water lines were leak free and operating like I expected. Can't say enough positive things from my experience with All Service Plumbing.

All Service Plumbing recently put a sump pump in our basement and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing projects. The guys were great at communicating and worked efficiently to get the job done on time. They took extra care to keep my house clean. I cannot recommend this company enough.
