This was the best experience we could have asked for in a HVAC service call. Joel came out within an hour of us calling him on Thursday night. After spending an hour or two trying to get our furnace working he found a bad control board. He searched around that night for one but it was late and everywhere was closed. He had a temporary fix for the board so we were warm that night and then the next morning he had a quote and the part ready to go. Our issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and he was very professional and thorough and explained what he was doing during the whole process. We will recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work. I'm a first time home owner and this is the first winter in my new (to me) home.
Of course my furnace stopped working during the recent cold. Everything seemed fine when I left for work, but coming home I could tell something was wrong.
I called Next gen and Joel said he would be there within an hour.
Going into all of this I was freaking out, no idea what was wrong or how bad it was going to be.

Joel walked me thru everything he was doing and explained what was going on and what he was doing. It ended up being an ignitor and that was a part he had on his van.
I mentioned I was a first time home owner, Joel walked me around the basement and pointed out key things I should know about in case of emergencies. How to shut off water to the house, shut off the gas and electric.
Joel was totally awesome, made my house warm again and taught me some important things to know about my house.

My furnace stopped working. I gave Joel a call, and he arrived at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and had it up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Nextgen!

Joel is the most honest person I've ever hired for work at my home! He came and figured out the issue with our furnace the same day I called. He was very thorough in showing us how he determined the issue as opposed to just telling us what was broken. He then gave us multiple quotes to decide what we wanted to do to fix it. We ended up getting a new furnace as opposed to putting money into an already 15 yr old furnace and he was able to install it the next week! He also encouraged us to get a second opinion as he wanted us to be as comfortable as possible in choosing what to do as he knew it was an expensive choice. His pricing was fantastic! He takes pride in his work and cares about what he does, we are so glad to have someone so trustworthy and honest to use for future needs!

I am so sorry for the late response Joel! You were absolutely amazing! You restored my faith back in humanity! Gene's Refrigeration was scamming me. You on the other hand came to my home dead tired, took my furnace apart and assured us that we were not breathing in carbon monoxide and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace! just a faulty outlet that my husband replaced and needed tweaking. You hated having to charge us but I would have paid more! I have told everyone how fabulous you are and when it is time to replace my furnace you will be my first and only call! Totally recommend Nextgen. Besides being extremely personable, Joel is professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job re-leveling my central air unit after I had some landscaping done around my house. He even Worked by flashlight later into the evening so I didn’t have to go without air on a hot summer evening. Thanks Joel!!

Joel was amazing. He came out very quickly when our furnace went out. He explained everything to myself and my husband and was able to get parts and made the repairs in less than a day. We couldn’t be more thankful for the service he provided.

Joel from Nextgen Mechanical arrived very fast! He was very nice and courteous. He figured out the issue surprisingly quick. He told me that there was an obstruction in the ductwork and that's why the furnace was acting up. He had the issue solved quick and informed me of how to avoid the issue in the future and also pointed out a couple of other things to help the system run more efficiently. Great guy and he was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Nextgen Mechanical.

I called NextGen Mechanical when our hot water tank went out. Joel was extremely fast to respond and was very helpful with recommending the perfect replacement. He was out the same day after hours to get us hot water again. Joel was extremely professional and very productive. He had the tank replaced in only a few hours. Joel also did a service on our furnace while he was here because it was next to the tank. I can’t thank you NextGen enough. He went above and beyond for us and we will forever use Joel with NextGen Mechanical for as long as they are around.

Joel provides great service. He came out the same day I called. He didn't have the part he needed and it was later in the day, but he went to get it and came back that same day to repair the AC unit.
