Starting with a phone call I had great customer service. Prompt service, Josh seems to be a excellent technician and very personable, I was impressed. He explained everything clearly and I felt good about the whole experience. I would definitely recommend On The Spot.

Had one of there electricians come out to quote for a whole house rewire a month and half ago and never have gotten the quote. Have reached out three times by email, phone and text.

8-18-2025: there is a serious lack of communication with this company. I've already talked to your technician when he sent the quote (after the alloted time above of waiting) and spoke to a manager. Im not going to spend sixty to seventy grand on a whole duplex rewire with the base lack of communication within a team and when reading the quote, nothing was in there from what we had spoke or wanted changed but there were added stuff like vacating the property, no animals in area, having to remove all of our baseboards, etc which I had asked those very specific questions if we could stay and move animals accordingly to a respective when completed. Six pages of questions I asked the tech and wrote down the response. With the lack of communication and attention to detail even before the quote was received. I would not hire a company due to lack of communication and details of not listening to a client and what they needed done for the price. Thanks for your time but I will be getting more quotes from other companies to choose from.

This past Thursday, I was told at 9:16am that I would receive a call back later that day from a technician. No call was ever made. I've moved on.

Fabulous service! Scott was knowledgable, professional and honest. When I had an issue with my AC on one of the hottest days of the year he responded to an after-hours call within an hour. Will definitely reach for them for my yearly HVAC maintenance and any future replacement of my furnace/AC.
