Technician came and addressed the problem we had. Service was priced fairly and everything was completed timely. Would recommend.

They arrived in a timely manner were neat, clean and intelligent. They went right to work and were done about 2:30 with the R & R of my ac unit.
The installers did a great job modifying the sheet metal work. to accomodate my needs.
When they left everything was orderly and clean as if they were never there.

Called heart of Ohio at 4:15 pm aug12. A/C unit quit working. They were very kind and understood I have a health problem where high temp heat could be dangerous for me and my wife. I believe I talked to Jim when I called and he was very understanding and told me he would send someone (Dave) out as soon as he was available. It was approximately an hour when he came knocking on the door. That's what I call service. Dave checked the unit and found a bad relay. Replaced the relay and got the unit to work. Relief. It was 91 degrees. Thank you very much for the way things were handled. We were treated very well and kindness was always there. Thank you very much for what you did and how well it was handled. This company has very good customer service, very polite and professional both before and after service! Issue with my AC unit was repaired the same day. The repair guy was very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of service!!!

Customer service was excellent. I needed a ceiling fan replaced. I had all the parts so this job was labor only. They sent out 2 guys for a one man job which took around 40 minutes to complete. The cleaned up and left the house spotless. My problem was the price. I knew up front the cost but I was caught off guard that it cost so much.

Called to clear a blocked pipe in the bathroom. Technician was very polite, professional and efficient. Price was quoted upfront prior to any work done, work was completed quickly, final price was as quoted. Would definitely use again when needed.

Had a leak from PEX elbow which caused water in furnace and hot water closet in garage. This caused sensor in hot water tank to short out so no hot water. Within a day the leak was repaired and sensor replaced. Hot water again and no leak. Thanks for all your help.

I have had great experiences with this company used them for a part that needed replaced on my A/C unit. Then called for plumbing both gentleman that came out was courteous, answered all my questions on how they were going to fix the problem and gave me a quote before they started. This company is worth calling. You will be happy you did

I've been using the Fall/Summer maintenance program for three years now. They clean everything up, run the tests, show you the numbers and explain what they mean. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Do the maintenance so you don't end up needing an emergency call when your furnace is dead and it's 10 degrees out, on a Sunday!

Called them for emergency to fix water heater. They replaced a part and charged emergency fee. This didnt solve the issue of water heater not producing hot water. Scheduled for them to come back and clean water heater to see if that would fix the issue. They were supposed to show up between 12pm to 4pm to clean the water heater when I would be home. They never showed up or even bothered calling to let us know they couldn't make it. I then later find out that they showed up at 7pm, when I wasnt home, told my grandpa that nothing was wrong with it, charged him $100 and left. How is there nothing wrong with the water heater if we arent getting hot water to our kitchen or laundry room half the time, and i have to manually reset it every time i need to shower, if that even works? I know for a fact it needs cleaned bc its been over a year since it's last cleaning.

We recently had Heart of Ohio HVAC service our garage heater for regular maintenance check. They showed up on time, technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Price was reasonable too. Will definitely recommend them!

I love the fact that I see the same technicians for my HVAC, generator or tankless water heater maintenance appointments. They know my systems and are ALWAYS courteous and willing to answer my questions. There is no substitute for the assurance that I can make one call to get a fast, quality response to service all my home’s systems at a competitive price.

I called them to have them look at my furnace. My furnace had a small leak, and the parts were covered under the warranty (unit is 3 years old). Charged $96 to come out, which isn't the problem. They were there for maybe 30 minutes once the part came in and charged me $316 in addition to the original $96. They told me whether they were there 30 minutes or 2 hours the rate is the same. I've never had anyone charge a 2 hour rate for anything. They never once told me either that they charged a 2 hour rate and what it would be. Imagine if you had to buy parts and they spend 4 1/2 hours at your house? You would spend close to if not more than $1,500 with this company. Total scam by them.

Tech showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. Explained the issues I was having with heat pump and furnace out. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Repaired in short time. I was very impressed. You're my new go to company.
