Outstanding service! My heat was not working at 7am. On the Spot HVAC was at my house by 8:30am and got my furnace working by 9am. Price was very reasonable and I signed up for their preventative maintenance program. Thank you!

On the Spot was so great to work with. Our AC stopped working on a hot July day & they were able to come out right away. Unfortunately, we needed our furnace unit replaced (the blower motor died & water damage to the board). They installed the new unit today. Mike & Josh were so professional & worked hard the entire time. They left everything completely cleaned up & spent time explaining everything. I also love how they left the manual booklet protected & easy access (see picture). We are very pleased & highly recommend On the Spot. Thank you so much.

Very quick response and did a fantastic job troubleshooting my furnace. Unfortunately I need a new furnace due to a small crack in the heat exchanger which was shown to me on the scope. I didn’t hesitate to sign a contract to have them do the replacement.

My\nHeater was out in my house.It's an old machine.The man that showed up did a great job getting it up and running. He was very honest and trustworthy. I would definitely a 100% use this company again. It's nice to know there's still good people out there.

First time customer here. Great company, fit me in last minute and showed up on time. My AC was fixed in about 30 minutes!(Secondary motor replacement). Todd also gave great advice on the unit (about 20 years old) and was an all around good dude. You can't choose who comes to fix your stuff and as long as they do a good job... But Todd went above and was just a good guy too. Having people on staff with good attitudes keeps the customer coming back. Would definitely recommend. Professional, courteous, and affordable. Laura in the office is great, kind, caring too. Good company culture all around.

This company is excellent, with knowledgeable and courageous employees. They do outstanding work and clean up after. Where once was a water tank, now a tankless. Where once was a plastic laundry tub, now is a vanity. Where once was an inconvenient set of drain pipes, now open space. Very happy.

First time customer. I called after seeing they were open on a Sunday. Josh got my furnace back up and running after another company's incorrect diagnosis of a bad blower motor. He showed up a bit earlier than he said he would, balanced the gas level and airflow, and showed me what the issue really was. He was super nice and knowledgable and happily answered any questions I had. Would gladly recommend On The Spot to a friend!

Everyone was wonderful! From calling and scheduling, to the 2 gentleman who came into our home, and to the follow up phone call. Very professional and respectful of home. Left everything clean. Explained the service and the findings. Offered a maintenance plan but wasn't pushy or too sales focused, which honestly is making me consider it more. Plan to use them again in the spring for my AC tune up. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience. Heater went out Tuesday night, called Wednesday morning.. Josh came out within an hour and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He had to order parts, and was out the next morning to get the job done. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Absolutely wonderful experience. From Laura on the phone with great customer service, with urgency and comfort I needed, to Josh the Tech who made it to my house within an hour of me calling, I am beyond happy. Josh was efficient, consultative and he did a great job of not only fixing the issue quickly but making sure I was comfortable going forward feeling safe.

I’ve worked with other companies that are consolidated by investment firms and not had the best experience. The last company showed up outside the scheduled service window multiple times and left a mess. Those companies subcontract most of their people so you might get someone who knows what they’re doing or you might not. The worst is the up-charge for unnecessary services we didn't need or services that have nothing to do with the trade you requested.

On the Spot was timely clean and didn’t try to push buying unnecessary items or replacing things that still had a reasonable amount of use left. Additionally, I’d like to thank Andrea and Josh for their help and knowledge. It’s a very good experience overall. If you’re looking for a small business that still focuses on the customer relationship and their team is in house, it’s worth giving these guys a call. Plus, their prices quoted are very reasonable. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

I was not physically there at the time of the repair but my brother who was kept me informed on the service that being made. We both agreed that Josh from the company was very knowledgeable and professional in the work he performed in making the job a success. Again thank you for your quick response to the issue and will now call them for future services.

I woke up and heard a sound from the furnace. The blower motor had quit. I called On The Spot and they quickly returned my call. Robert was here within an hour in case it needed something he didnt have he could still get it. Luckily he had the part and was able to fix it and within an hour we had heat.
Robert was amazing. A true Hvac tech not just a parts changer like alot of companies have now.

Josh was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My furnace stopped working in sub zero temps. He arrived within an hour of me calling and laid out all my options and the benefits of both. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and didn't try to pressure me towards the more expensive option. The repair was quick and he did an excellent job. I also want to say that On the Spot Heating and Cooling was several hundred dollars cheaper than a competitor that also came out.
