Hader Heating and Cooling have been servicing my HVAC system for a few years now. I previously used another company; however, after the previous company shut off my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger and quoted me $7,000 to replace the furnace, I called Hader Heating and Cooling. Hader was the original installer of the furnace and was able to locate the paperwork from over a decade ago and explained to me that the heat exchanger is under warranty and that I would be responsible for the cost of labor. Kerry completely rebuilt the furnace and gave it a thorough cleaning. Kerry was immaculate with his work and very particular. Now, my AC unit is going out (it is 18 years old) and today, Doug, the service technician, arrived and provided me multiple options including recharging the AC unit to a full replacement of the AC unit. Doug presented all options and and price points without any pressure at all. Doug explained to me the various manufacturer's pros and cons without being bias to any particular brand. In the end, I chose to recharge the system. It comes without any hesitation to recommend Hader Heating and Cooling.

Replacing my air conditioners was not a simple job. They were old and the older air handlers were located in an"attic" crawl space. Hader found the necessary replacement coils for the old air handlers and new air conditioners with some searching. Hader knew the installation was complicated, but they didn't hesitate. They did a great job working in a difficult space. Very professional in their dealing with me. Oh, and at reasonable price considering parts and the difficult labor effort needed to get job done.

We always use Hader for our roofing, heating and cooling needs. They are always professional, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, helpful, and very friendly. I always know we are in good hands when Hader arrives at the door! Highly recommend!

We just Hader Heating & Cooling install a new boiler. The Hader crew were professional, friendly, and reliable. They kept me updated with what was needed. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Bonus was that they got the Spinal Tap reference I made. Two thumbs up!

Doug, the owner, came to our property personally. They use quality Bryant products which are rated as one of the top options on the market. They didn't just do a full AC replacement with moving it to a new location and removing the old unit and power lines, they did a metric s***ton more!

Finally, Harder did it for about 2/3rds the cost of the big name companies we had out here with way more bang for your buck.

Like Doug said, always call a local professional before one of these big chains. The mom and pop places actually care about service and satisfaction.

Hader HVAC Did an excellent job installing my heating and air-conditioning. The crew was very professional, friendly, clean and informative. They have also done some maintenance on my split system. I would Recommend them to my family and friends.

Several years ago, the very first time I called Hader due to my 65 year old boiler not firing up, they quickly responded in the middle of the night and resolved the issue first thing in the morning once they got ahold of an obscure part. They have been maintaining and servicing it ever since and they have it running like new. I appreciate this as it will be quite costly to replace it once it eventually dies. I also had them maintaining and servicing my 25 year old AC system. Again, the couple of times I had an issue with it they responded very quickly and resolved the issues immediately. That old AC finally hit the end of life this year so I had them install an all new system. That was a great experience and I’m very happy. I’m very happy to have found Hader and built the trusting relationship that we have.

Hader replaced my AC unit after encountering I experienced some vandalism a while back. They were professional and fast, every part of the interaction was great. They have continued to maintain my HVAC, including the oil furnace ever since. Last night my AC stopped working, they came out this morning identified the part and replaced it under warranty. Overall, I have had no issues with Hader and their service has been consistently great for 6+ years!

Hader has been my heating and air conditioning company for over 30 years. When I decided I wanted a minisplit system to better heat and condition the upstairs bedrooms of my home, I called Hader. The staff met with me three times to plan the best solution for my home. The actual installation went totally has planned. The installation crew worked efficiently and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. If you are looking tor an HVAC contractor, I recommend Hader highly.

We had such a great experience with Hader Heating and Cooling. Doug seamlessly guided us through the whole process of converting from electric to gas. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and took care of every detail. Mike, Randy and Dani were experienced in the installation of our new air conditioner and furnace. Have used Hader for many years. Always happy with the quality of their services, their timeliness, and communications. In particular, they always proactively contact me to schedule our regular maintenance and notify me when the technician is on his way. They were also VERY responsive when we had a heating problem in the winter and last Summer with our AC.

Doug was very responsive to our call for help with a heat pump replacement. He provided quotes with options. We are so grateful that he was able to schedule it to be completed before our out of town guests arrived at Thanksgiving. His crew was quick, efficient and thorough. First off, thank you for acting so quickly!! I can’t say enough how happy we are with the speed and efficiency Hader HVAC and their wonderful crew completed our new heat pump install. Of course, it went down at the hottest point in the year, but Doug and crew came through. FAST!

Since they are in the neighborhood the response time has been fantastic... usually the same day. An air conditioner is a major purchase and we had looked around. Our furnace a couple of years back had come from Hader and we wanted a comparable and compatible AC. We got the same professional installation and are very happy with the unit.
We will continue to stay with Hader for maintenance and , if needed, emergencies.

Hader Heating helped me in a difficult situation involving an old style of furnace, which resulted in a new furnace installation. Doug from Hader was out at my home on numerous occasions to make sure we understood all of our options and to ensure the process was going smoothly. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things HVAC and very helpful. He always gets back quickly when I have any questions. I am very happy with my new furnace. It's working great and saving me money. I switched from a well-known heating company on Glenway I was using for 20 years because of their poor response to my problem and when I called Hader they were on top of things right away and got the problem solved and at a good price. I highly recommend Hader.
