Service Tech Dan Mangold serviced our unit today as we are getting ready for summer. We have been customer’s of Corcoran & Harnist for many many years & Dan provided exceptional service. We are having the interior of our house painted & Dan carefully worked around the ladders & painting supplies without a complaint or issues. Once again, another A+ service from Corcoran & Harnist and Dan Mangold.

Dan Mangold with Corcoran & Harnist comes out bi-annually to check & service the ac/heat pump unit in our home. Truthfully, we couldn’t be happier. Dan is very friendly and respectful of property. He is thorough and honest with his inspection, and when necessary, takes the time to explain any issues. Thank you very much, Dan! We appreciate the work that you do.

Inherited them with the house well kinda I called because they installed the stuff originally and they were so easy to talk to and helpful that I have now continued to use them. Had them out to help me with thermostat issues and just now Scott did my seasonal service an was great he answered my questions cleaned up stuff and my dog even thought he was great. I look forward to continuing to work with this company

Corcoran & Harnist has been taking care of our heating and air conditioning for decades. They are friendly, responsive, and go over and above to meet the needs of their customers. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Dan. He is the service technician who has been taking care of my home for years. He is kind and knowledgeable and always takes care of my home as if it were his own. I truly am grateful to have a company I trust for our heating and a/c service needs.

We are genuinely impressed with this company. They serve both commercial and residential clients, and we found ourselves in urgent need of help with our Lochinvar Boiler System. Thanks to the skills of Dave and Matt, they not only restored our hot water and heating but also added a component that had been missing since the installation back in 2018. We also decided to join their maintenance program, which will ensure that our boiler and air-conditioning system are well taken care of, especially after realizing that a previous company had not serviced them properly. It’s such a relief to have a knowledgeable team supporting us.

Consistently great service. Most recently, Dave W was here for our spring maintenance. When he walked in the house, and without even taking a measurement, he speculated that our airflow was low (based on his ear and his experience). When he looked into it further he confirmed it was low and adjusted it. We now have more consistent temperatures throughout the house. He also performed the most thorough inspection and cleaning we have had over our many years of being homeowners. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company! Called them to check out our old boiler at our church (First Baptist of Cleves) and they have been nothing but amazing! Keeping us informed and quick with the repairs! I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional and knows what they are doing.

We had a whole new heat pump and air handler installed by Corcoran & Harnist. I’m glad we went with them as they were friendly and professional the entire time. Compared to two other quotes from other companies, they were better priced for a more efficient unit. Would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

On December 12, 2025, I had my annual service maintenance to have my furnace looked at. There was a charge for the service of $159.65. About 2 to 3 hours later, I noticed water on the floor. The water is slowly dripping from the side pipe connected to the furnace unit. I called Corcoran & Harnist back and they sent out a second person. The second person did whatever it is that they do but at the end explained that water is dripping inside the furnace and it’s a small puddle that will drip from the pipe once it gets high enough to drip out where it's connected to the unit instead of the pipe that’s draining into the floor. He said it won’t cause any damage to the furnace itself as long as my heat is on everything should be fine. I'm concerned because there was no water when the initial service person came out and I paid for the services he never mentioned the water issue. Can y’all tell me if this is an issue or not?

Please let me express. This is not a complaint. I’m pleased with the service from this company with past experiences. I have been using them off and on for a few years. I’m wondering if water dripping from the unit is a concern? This is not a complaint. Corcoran and Harnist has a great team, and I will continue to work with them in the future.

Hader Heating is great and so is Paul who has been servicing my A/C for many years.

Today our furnace motor went out. The tech was prompt, polite, and the repair bill was very reasonable. My Dad's been using them for years. I guess that's why. ***EDIT*** Im changing this review to 3 stars because they Refused to Mail a bill to us, instead demanding payment now. It's understandable I guess. But U can be pinched for money on a 25 Degree day, when we've been paying super high heating costs through the cold winter. Plus my Dad's been a good customer, never any payment Issues from our side. Brian was our tech.

Paul from Hader's provided excellent service on my oil furnace when it developed an oil leak. I appreciate their quick service.

I had another roofing co do some repairs on my roof near the chimney. The roof still leaked after they made the necessary repairs. I called Hader and they came out and gave me a repair estimate. They also explained what needed to be done. The Hader Team did a professional job. The roof doesn’t leak anymore and they did a professional clean up. Great Job.

Doug Beiser was awesome. His service, expertise and knowledge were incremental in getting our system running a 100%. He spent the better part of his evening with us. We can't thank him enough. Doug is the real deal and will be the only person we contact to take care of our HVAC in the future.

Everything was perfect and went according to plan without any problems. The installers were very polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would recommend Hader to anyone who is looking for a furnace or AC.

Our family members needed to have furnace and air conditioning equipment installed during very cold weather. Hader responded quickly and professionally to all of our needs, keeping us warm throughout the entire process.
Then, a family member needed quick roofing repair due to shingles being blown off during high winds. Again, Hader responded quickly and saved their home from further damage.
Hader has been superior in helping our family. All I can say is “Hader is Greater.”

I have had this company put in five different furnaces for me and have been very satisfied the entire time! Service has been great and installations have been outstanding! Warranty follow up is also great and prompt. I recommend them highly.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. We called a different company this morning, they quoted us 6,000+ and told us our furnace was unsafe and needed replaced today. These guys came out within 30 minutes of our phone call and told us really all we need was a new air filter and did routine maintenance and checks on it. Honest and trustworthy people!! I will never call another company again.
