I’d highly recommend Logan Services! They were the epitome of professionalism! Micah was my sales representative, I appreciated his transparency, his authentic approach, he gave me some great points about going with another Trane unit after Thomas and Galbraith tried convincing me a carrier unit was the better option, my previous Trane unit lasted 23 years! I then had Kyle, Jeff, and Max for installation they were amazing! Treated my house with respect, explained the entire process, got installation done in one day, set up my thermostat and app on my phone, Kyle then walked me thru maintenance, how to adjust the unit for the season, etc. again they were great! I do need to reach back out to Micah about a $200 gift card promotion for deciding the same day that I haven’t received yet, but I’m sure they will take care of it! They also sent a warm fleece blanket with a thank you card a few weeks after! I’m not sure why anyone would choose another company over Logan’s! Made it so easy! They’ve got a customer for life after such a great experience! I’ll add photos later!

Jared, Alex, and Romeo installed a new unit. They worked diligently together as a team non stop until the job was complete. Jared went over everything with my husband and I that was done so we were comfortable with our new unit. Thanks to the team. Also, hats off to Tyler, the Consultant that made us feel confident in choicing Logan Services.

Buyer beware, recommend to avoid!! Poor service, slow service, and WAY too expensive!!! I have used Logan's service for the past 12 years and it has always been good until now ... something has changed and they are losing me as a customer. It started with a robot call center where you can no longer speak to a human, awful. Then on appointment #1, the service tech was late (after I waited at home all afternoon) and explained that because he was now on emergency overtime he could not do the full service requested. So I pushed the service out a day and again had to wait at home. When the tech came out (schedule #2), he was professional and friendly (as always) but in diagnosing the problem with the HVAC he did not complete the job saying he had to come out later for a leak check which would cost another $325. So we wait several more days for the tech to come back (schedule #3) and then in 30-min he discovers the leak as wants $325. This was the breaking point ... the troubleshooting should have been completed when he was there on schedule #2 and the 30-min of work should not cost $325. Then he made us schedule a 4th service visit to actually come do the repair ... and the repair cost for a simple braze repair on a coil was $2,047. This is 100% an abusive racket with poor service, slow service, and extreme cost. Do not use Logan!!

I really appreciate this company and especially their service technician, Brian Neuhaus. He showed up right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. We had been dealing with a gas smell coming from our furnace for a while, but our previous HVAC company couldn’t find the issue and even tried to convince me that I wasn’t actually smelling gas.

Brian found the leak in about ten minutes.

Not only did he locate the problem, he took the time to show me exactly how he found it and explained what was happening. The inlet gas valve was leaking slowly, causing the smell to build up throughout the day. His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication made all the difference.

I’m extremely grateful for his expertise and for a company that actually listens, investigates, and solves the problem. They’ve earned my trust and my business going forward.

Tyler, Noah and Max with Logan Services installed a new Trane heat pump at my residence today, and could not be more pleased with the service I received. First time using Logan services, but based on my experience today it will not be my last time using them and recommending them to family and friends. Top notch service, something I think is hard to find today.

Our entire hvac system was installed next day by Clay, Jalon & Hakim. They were also professional/knowledgeable, even after we ran into an issue running the new thermostat wire to no fault of their own. A prior remodeling issue made it difficult but they remained very respectful not to damage anything in our home & got it completed.

We would definitely recommend Logan Services because of their knowledge & customer service! The new Trane system is great so far but too early to review it since it’s only been a week:)

Good price and financing options for a new system. The install over all looks good but could have looked a litle nicer where it meets the floor. Over due Update - adding a star. After the initial post Logan Services reached out and sent someone out to pretty it up.

I discovered Logan AC & Heat Services while browsing Facebook last weekend. Our furnace had stopped working two weeks prior, and my husband had attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, his efforts were unsuccessful, and we were left without heat despite his best efforts and the installation of new parts. So I visited their website and learned about their free furnace inspection offer, which prompted me to take action, especially with the looming cold temperatures and snowfall. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9:00 am. Our service inspector and sales representative, Micah, arrived on time, with a smile, and a determination to resolve our heating issue. I shared with him that our furnace had been malfunctioning for over two years and was well over 25 years old. He took the time to explain the potential causes and the necessary steps to restore our heat, as well as addressing the tripping hazard posed by our sump pump installation. I was extremely stressed, but he reassured me that he would provide us with several options and follow up with a phone call later that day. True to his word, he called within the hour, and even offered information on financial assistance options. Although we were unable to secure financial assistance due to personal reasons, Micah and the owner refused to give up on us, working tirelessly to find a solution that would allow us to have heat by the weekend. By Thursday morning, they had come up with a reasonable price that we could afford, and scheduled the installation for the following morning, Friday, December 12th, at 9:00 am. On Friday, I was warmly greeted by Tyler and Noah, who were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. They were understanding and accommodating of our three cats and three dogs, who kept them company downstairs. I even overheard them singing Christmas songs, which brightened my day. Before completing the job, Tyler took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring that I understood how to maintain our new system and operate the thermostat. They also provided us with a carbon monoxide detector for upstairs, as we already had one in the basement. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this incredible company and everyone who helped my family have heat this weekend, just in time for the -1° temperatures. I will be sharing my exceptional experience with all my family, friends, and acquaintances, singing the praises of this amazing company from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was shopping for a replacement of my super old furnace and non-functional AC. Micah thoroughly examined my old HVAC setup and suggested various options. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about what he does. After getting a few other quotes, I decided to go with Logan. On the install day, Jared, Romeo, and Sam were super knowledgeable and professional. Installed everything in two days. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for HVAC replacement in Cincinnati. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable people - and friendly too.

I got a good deal on a furnace and central Air system, Everything that Zane told me when I agreed to purchase turned out exactly the way he said. The installers were very good not just standing around. They worked for 2 days and did a great job, I will definitely use them again if in need.

Logan services were excellent, beginning with my initial phone call, then my face to face interaction with their representative, Zane, to the installers, Josh & Alex. All were courteous & punctual. Zane articulated everything so well that I was extremely confident in making this large purchase. Josh & Alex spent all day installing my new HVAC system & then explaining all the features. They respected my home by wearing booties & they cleaned up the entire working area when the work was completed. I would highly recommend Logan Services !

Service technicians Evan & Ethan were exceptional! They arrived when they stated they would and Informed me of what they will be doing, asking if I had any questions. Upon completion which was done in a timely manner, Evan informed me of a new product that Logan’s is offering that improves cleaner air quality called FM2- UV Light if I’d like to give it some thought as to if I would benefit from it, he did not pressure me in any way for an immediate answers which I greatly appreciated. Both Evan and Ethan were very professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with, definitely assets to Logan’s Services!

My sales rep Micah was professional, very knowledgeable and ensured all my questions were answered. Installation was scheduled and completed within less than 2 days of me accepting the proposal.

Jared and his installation crew were phenomenal! Jared had excellent customer care and was extremely polite. Due to an unexpected house wiring issue, the install took much longer than normal but Jared and his crew worked for nearly 10hrs to ensure the job was completely in one day and out heat was restored. No complaining, no cutting corners, no extra hidden charges, just quality work.

I would recommend Logan’s services to anyone looking for a great and reliable company!

8/21/25 Sharing another awesome service that Liesl and Caleb provided in July 2025. They expertly removed my concrete utility tub and replaced with this beautiful stainless steel utility sink. I expected a lot of noise and concrete dust when they were removing it, but literally heard only two sounds and there was no dust. I think they must be Plumbing Magicians! I cannot recommend Logan Services enough, specifically Travis, who handled the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. From start to finish, Travis was the definition of professional, kind, and incredibly thorough.
He took the time to explain every step of the process before he started and gave me a full walkthrough once the job was completed. What really impressed me, however, was his dedication when things didn't go perfectly. We hit a minor hiccup with my home's existing wiring for the AC unit; instead of rushing or rescheduling, Travis stayed hours late to ensure everything was connected and working perfectly. He never once complained—he simply told me he was staying until the job was finished.
The new furnace looks great, the system works perfectly, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. If you want a company that values integrity and hard-working employees like Travis, go with Logan Services. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Matt Clavey , Jason Meyer are the first two I had the pleasure of speaking with. The pair made everything clear. Matt Clavey is a heck of a salesman keep that guy around. Everything was understood. Then the day of the install . I had the complete HVAC system done. Dave and Donald forgive me if I got the names wrong. Both did a excellent job communicating what was going to be done step by step. It was raining pretty good outside. I had a great experience all around. Logans Services is a great company with a team of knowledgeable and very friendly people. Would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to family and friends. Great Company 👍

12/9/25 I had a Trane 100,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton AC unit installed by Tyler and Noah. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arrival (they were wearing booties) they appraised the job and reiterated what agent Micah had told me would be done. The new thermostat footprint was smaller than the previous one so to cover the unpainted area they installed a cover plate, which looks great.. Upon completion of the job, the workings of the furnace and thermostat were explained. Cleanup was thorough. When they left, I had toasty warm heat. I would give them a 10 star review. I would highly recommend working with Logan AC and heating services. You can tell they value the customer.

I just had Logan Services here in the last couple days. Took advantage of there February special - Purchase an A/C unit and get a Free Furnace. Travis, the crew leader and his 2 assistants were great. They came in and worked all day Friday and then back today to finalize the install to completion. I couldn't be happier. They worked solid throughout their time here and made sure I was coached on the entire system.

Micah came out to quote a replacement system. He was very knowledgeable and explained the unit and options of system types. We had great communication through the process. Even when had additional questions after doing my research. I had 4 quotes and Logan was my 3rd. The price options was very competitive. A big part of my decision was their Aeroseal duct leakage sealant process. Which came with a tax credit available. Fast scheduling and great communication.

Devin, Eric, and Alex arrived on time and I was notified they were enroute prior. We went through the formalities Devin explained the installation process once we had signatures they went right to work. They worked really well together. removed old system and prepared the Aeroseal unit and really took the time to explain things.
Devin showed me the readout on my systems leakage and the sealing effectiveness on computer, but also showed my on the ducts signs of where the sealant did its job. This was a big part of my decision with my older system to improve air flow for efficiency.
Once that was done they installed the new equipment connected and tested everything. Eric walked me through the thermostat setup. Alex was very instrumental in prep and getting ducts built and in place. They thenbran the units through pre-operation testing. Cleaned up work sites.
At the end Devin went through the equipment and the thermostat settings and function completed final formalities and they were done.
I am very pleased with the communication, knowledge, teamwork, and work they Logan team performed at my home.

Hi there! My name is Karen and I was looking for a new HVAC system to replace the 22 year-old system I had in my home. Tyler, from Logan Services, came out and showed me the Trane brand they recommend. I was happy with the estimate and just had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed today! Travis and Alex were the installers and they arrived right on time and were very professional and friendly. They got right to work putting everything together and explaining what they were going to do. Once they had everything installed, they asked me to download the Trane Home app on my phone. Travis walked me through the application showing me how to monitor my HVAC system both on the thermostat and on my phone. They both did an excellent job and left everything nice and tidy.
