Had water leaking out a radiator bleed valve during Super Bowl. Zimmer got out to us quick and stabilized the situation. The following morning they were out to do final repair. They delivered when we had to have them! Thx Christopher!

Our experience with Zimmer was a 10 out of 10. They were very responsive and attentive. Knowing how hot it was I felt they delivered pretty quickly. I didn’t feel alone In the process whatsoever. Everything was communicated to me or my husband. We received great service With our new AC unit! And would highly recommend. We also received a technician to ensure everything was properly installed, and everything is working correctly. They were very friendly. RJ and Demetri were our install technicians and Dan was our main contact.

Very good initial consultation with Rob regarding some issues with my home’s boiler system. We discussed contributing factors and options to resolve issues. It will require further investigation. I’m pleased with the service so far.

Zimmer HVAC Tech Christopher was meticulous and professional in diagnosing and cleaning out our mitsi mini split that got badly ruined by elements and animals. Repaired it quickly and also explained what he was doing all along. Great experience! Zimmer HVAC is a keeper.

His name was Logan, he arrived on time, told & shown me what was wrong and fixed the issue with my leaking furnace. I'll use Zimmer for my future HVAC needs!

Service guys and the sales man were great to work with professional and knowledgeable on products ... So when they left I had some heat not out completely .. My husband and I cannot talk highly enough about the customer service and service from the technicians we received. We had an old oil boiler that was well over 60 years old and had no idea where to start with replacing it. Dan and his team came out and thoroughly went over every aspect of what needed to/would be done and made us feel secure about the decision and process. Within HOURS dan had the parts ordered and within 3 days an entire new oil boiler system was installed! The crew we had at our house those 3 days were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. They made a stressful and overwhelming decision process for us easy and unburden-some—- we highly recommend Zimmer and their team!

The technician that arrived was on time. I do not remember him introducing himself to us. He walked over to our thermostat and did something. He then completed his tasks of maintaining the furnace and then left. Later that evening, we noticed our house was getting colder. The technician failed to go back and turn our heat back on. He apparently turned the heat off when he arrived. I called the office and the woman who answered the phone seemed unconcerned when I called to ask her to mention to the technician to be more mindful about turning heat back on after turning it off. She didn’t ask any questions or look up who the technician was.

Received a follow-up call. The issue is being addressed. This company really cares. Highly recommend.

Chose Zimmer to replace the two HVAC systems for our home. In the bidding process I found them to be knowledgeable, informative and very competitive price wise. Very helpful in picking the right systems based on our priorities. In our case overall comfort was most important so we went with Carrier Infinity units.
Install took 3 days and was very pleased with the results. Adam and Demetrius were conscientious and clearly focused on the quality of their work. They even took the time to redo/reroute remaining items from the original systems to not only ensure performance but a professional looking job as well.

With respect to the Carrier Infinity systems themselves there is a noticeable difference in the temp uniformity and overall comfort level compared to the more entry level, 19 year old, Carrier systems they replaced.

Darian was on time, thorough, and courteous. He installed the furnace filter and humidifier pad we had on hand and thoroughly checked the entire system. No surprises and no hard sell for parts and services we did not need. It is refreshing to deal with people who are honest!

We have had a mystery problem with our furnace for the last 3 months and Zimmer never gave up! Thank goodness for the master detective Todd G. Who finally solved the problem and now we have heat. Highly recommend these very courteous and dedicated professionals.

They are happy to answer questions about the system and perform a thorough check each time. We are very pleased with their service.

The technicians were very personable, thorough, and efficient. Scheduling was easy and timely. Sam the customer service representative, quoted and patiently explained all the services we requested. After installation was installed, the unit function and comfort level was amazing! We had questions regarding the Smart Home App and Silas came over two hours later to assist with the set up. We are thrilled and well satisfied with all the services Zimmer provided. They even scheduled to come back to follow up with the work done.

Another great experience with Zimmer Heating and Cooling. From the call to remind me of my appointment to the day of call ahead from tech to the work done…always pleasant and friendly and professional. So glad I decided 2 years ago to go with them when I replaced the 20+ year old HVAC system!
