Fantastic work and customer service! Honest, friendly and professional. Bruce was very knowledgeable, did a great job of finding the part and getting me on the schedule quickly. Dave did an excellent job with the repair/install of the new coil. He also cleaned up the damage another company created when they tried to diagnose and repair my unit which ultimately did more damage. My system is running like it was new and it’s even quieter. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!

I would not normally recommend companies to others but in the case of Air Plus, I would be anxious to do so. The immediate response to our A/C going down was totally unexpected. Bruce was here the morning I called and by the end of the next day we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and operating. All with a very competitive price. Sam, Tony and Lee were very professional and courteous. This company has my 5 star rating!

AirPlus recently installed the Cartier Infinity system in my home to replace an obsolete hot water boiler system. From Bruce’s initial visit, through the proposal phase and culminating in the installation work; all matters were handled in a prompt and professional manner.

Just had installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace and a/c system. Air Plus Heating & Cooling is always on top with great products and knowledgeable, making it an excellent customer service experience! Highly recommend service and installation completed by Jordan, Tony, and Connor! Very quick and professional installation.

We used the new plumbing service from Air-Plus, and were very pleased. Jon arrived on time, explained our options, and completed the work in a reasonable time. He cleaned everything very thoroughly before leaving.

Fast friendly service as well as getting a Carrier brand system for a few hundred less than the competition's Goodman lineup. Rob and his team of installers (Dave, Aron, and Jordan) were a pleasure to work with as well as with answering questions I had. My main reason for replacing the system was 3 break downs over 3 years. The reversing valve going out and parts were not easily obtainable or my old system was the last straw. Definitely recommend.

Sam, Jordan, and Connor braved the snowy roads and installed a new water heater for us the morning after calling about our hot water outage. They were very kind and knowledgeable. The price was excellent but the friendly service was even better!

After 19 years, it was time for a new garbage disposal. Jon was friendly and knowledgeable. He made modifications in the plumbing to improve drainage and went over his work to let me know what he had done. He reviewed the use of the disposal and said that he could address any leaks should they occur after using the dishwasher or daily use of the disposal. He made sure everything was clean in his workspace and wore shoe covers.

Jon and Air-Plus will be our “Go to” folks for any plumbing needs.

Our furnace stopped working on Friday afternoon.....right before the big snowstorm and freezing temperatures. It was an older unit, and knew it needed to be replaced. Bruce was able to brainstorm some ideas to keep us warm over the weekend. He provided a quote on Saturday, and Dave/Jordan were here first thing Monday morning to do the installation. This was after the massive snowstorm, and we were shocked they made it out. They were very professional and informative during the install process. Can't say enough good things about the Air Plus team and their quick response in such a critical time. We highly recommend them!

My 35+ year old HVAC system has struggled for years keeping our home comfortable during the peak summer and winter seasons. It was time to look into replacement of the entire system. Air Plus is beyond deserving of a 5 star rating. From the beginning consultation with Bruce to the point of installation by Lee, Dave and Conner, I have nothing but praise for this company. Bruce was straight to the point, very knowledgeable and didn't sell me up on anything my home didn't need. The installers were on time, courteous, anddiligent in their craftsmanship. No regrets in choosing Air Plus and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have almost never felt so important as a customer as Air Plus made me feel. On the very first day after the storm they came to my home to assist me with my non functioning furnace. Within an hour they had it up and running. What a blessing a friend referred me to this amazing company.

Air Plus installed HVAC at my 82-yo mom's house a year-and-a-half ago. When her thermostat was set for 72 and the house temperature was 65, I called for service. The phone service was outstanding (Charity & someone else), and scheduled a same-day service call. Their technician Mike resolved the issue and proactively informed us how to keep the issue from recurring. I told Mike that I was grateful to have a company like Air Plus to help take care of Mom's house, and he said he was grateful to work for Air Plus. Amazing response, amazing service.

Today was a wonderful day working with Air Plus Heating and Cooling (and now plumbing!). This worked out well as both the heating expert and the plumbing expert were able to come out at the same time for service, meaning I didn't have to schedule two separate visits! First, I'll speak of Kevin, a true expert and pleasure to work with! He went right to work on a heating system that hadn't been serviced in a few years. He cleaned it up, added the new air filter, thoroughly tested the system and addressed our every concern, and for a price I almost thought was too low. Such a professional! Jon was our plumber and had the huge task of replacing our very antiquated kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He even offered to reverse the side of the sink that the garbage disposal worked on, which makes more sense to me. It all works and looks great! He further made recommendations for our broken dishwasher, outdated water heater, and toilets. The expertise was greatly appreciated! This company is a local Reading company offering both heating and air, and now plumbing. I highly recommend them!!!🙂

Dave and Tristan did a fantastic job installing our new furnace! They arrived exactly on time and worked the whole day through. Their craftsmanship looked great, they explained all the features of the new unit very well and can tell they take pride in their work. Rob is great to work with! Gave us a really fair price after coming out personally to evaluate our old unit. We truly appreciate his commitment to outstanding customer service!

When our furnace went out, like anyone else, we wanted fast service—but also transparency and fair pricing. I had received several recommendations for Air-Plus, and we also use them at my workplace, so I gave them a call. They exceeded my expectations.

While I can’t promise inexpensive service, I can say they were absolutely fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation. Their pricing was more than reasonable.

They came out quickly and were willing to attempt repairs, but they were honest that the fixes would be costly and that investing in a new furnace might be the better long-term option. When the salesperson came out, he also noticed that our water heater was going bad (which it was) and included replacement of that in the quote as well. Financing was easy, and the installation was scheduled for the very next day.

Dave, Connor, and Jon installed our new furnace and hot water heater. They were friendly, professional, and left the space cleaner than they found it. I would 100% call Air-Plus again for any HVAC needs.

Connor and Aaron installed my replacement ac unit. Let's just say these guys were awesome I could trust them in and around my home feeling safe to just let them walk right in and out. They were very nice and introduced themselves very well. The job was very professionally done and in good time. My air feels great! Even the upstairs gets cold now when we needed window unite before hand. 100% recommended. If I ever have any more trouble I will be requesting Connor and Aaron because of how professional they did on this job. I really have no room for any complaints.
