Wow what a terrific job Adam did with the install. I couldn’t be happier, he completely rebuilt my duct work and installed a much more efficient Carrier furnace and added central ac. A little more expensive but worth it for the best. I highly recommend.

Prompt response to my call about the noise coming from my outside A/C Unit. The technician identified the problem and ordered the part that I need to quiet the noise. I will be called when the part comes and they can do the repair. Great service!

Great service. They were delayed a couple days, but when they arrived, the tech quickly and accurately found our issue and we were able to fix it.

Technician was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have never had a heat pump system before so I was trying to educate myself on the system. He showed me the different parts of the system and answered all my questions, which was much appreciated.

I just had the annual service performed on my furnace and the technician, Jovante, did a great job. Zimmer has always been professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them over the other local guys.

I had several episodes of my heat shutting down. Another company came twice and got it going again, but didn’t find the problem. The Zimmer people did a much better diagnostic and found the problem which was a faulty gas valve. I paid for the replacement which was quite expensive, but they did not charge me for a return visit.
