Very responsive and pleasant. The two techs, led by Matthew did a great job. I will use Zimmer for my ongoing servicing of my boiler. I would recommend them highly.

Zimmer installed a new air handler in our attic. They were very easy to do business with. The install went smoothly and work was well done. Zimmer comes for semi-annual maintenance and they get the work done quickly and in a friendly manner. I definitely recommend Zimmer.

My 26 yr old furnace finally gave out - on the coldest day of the year! Todd came out after hours and declared it DEAD. RIP!! Sam came out next morning,set me up with new, better Furnace and AC. They were almost ready to install that same day, but with the 3 heaters they provided to keep us warm overnight, the installation was scheduled for today. All is complete now - house is toasty and all are happy and comfortable 👍❤️. Great job guys!

This company I believe has longevity because of their high-quality work professionalism, Great pricing and honesty. They did a simple repair on my aging AC system over the summer, And just recently installed a brand, new furnace and AC system… I am thrilled with the new furnace, It’s energy, efficient and I can set my thermostat a little lower than with my old system and still feel very warm and cozy. As an older woman living by myself, I appreciate that they didn’t try to take advantage of me as contractors often do… They have me as a customer for the rest of my life!

The Zimmer team has always done exceptional work for us. We have had them replace three HVAC units, had them completely redo some ductwork so we could finish a basement, and have always used them for our HVAC system maintenance. We have never had any issues at all, and the work has always been done in a tidy, efficient, and effective manner. As long as they’re in business, we will not use anyone else. They’re one of the best contractors in any discipline that we have ever had the pleasure of working with, and they get bonus points for being locally owned and operated!

Great experience in every aspect from first contact to installation of new HVAC system to follow up, seamless and perfect, thank you Dan Puthoff. We were replacing a 32 year old Carrier unit so saw the value in going with them again, Dan was super helpful and the installation crew was top notch. Dan pointed out some items no other competitor brought up or even thought of and at that moment I looked at my wife and said " let me get our checkbook". If you are looking for a great product and great service you found the right company.

Our furnace stopped working right as the weather was about to turn really cold. The first company we called told us we needed a brand-new system at a very high cost and was fairly pushy about making a quick sale, which didn’t sit well with us.

We decided to get a second opinion from Zimmer, and that turned out to be the best decision we could have made. They were honest and upfront, agreeing that a new system was needed, but they offered a much more affordable and reasonable option without any pressure.

They scheduled the installation for their first available opening, about 36 hours later, and in the meantime they even provided space heaters to help keep our home warm. The installers were professional, courteous, efficient, and very respectful of our home throughout the entire process.

Because of the professionalism, honesty, and overall quality of service, we’ll be using Zimmer for all of our HVAC needs going forward. I highly recommend them, especially if you value transparency, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

Zimmer was great to work with. We met Sam (Salesman) at the home show and went from there. Going through the whole process was easy, from initial visit at home to installation. Everyone was very professional.

Dan and his team were knowledgeable and provided a fair quote that included several items other large companies wanted to charge over $1,000 extra for. It’s refreshing to work with one of the few truly local HVAC teams still around.

They were able to quote and complete the furnace installation within three business days for an urgent issue, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I hired Zimmer to install a new Mitsubishi mini split system. It was an unusual install with one wall mounted head and one ducted head. I got three estimates and theirs was on par with the others but a bit more competitive in terms of the labor warranty. I was happy about that, given they are also a Mitsubishi diamond elite dealer. I’ve only had the system in place for a couple of weeks now, but it is working great. And the company has been a real pleasure to deal with. In particular, Dan has been an excellent advisor and salesperson to correspond with. He thought carefully about what was actually needed in my spaces and proposed something less involved but potentially more effective than another dealer. And so far I am convinced he was correct. The work was done very professionally and as promised. I recommend this company very highly.

It was a great experience dealing with Sam from Zimmer. I had three companies provide quotes, and it was only with Sam that I didn't feel any "upsell" pressure. I felt he genuinely wanted to provide what would best fit our needs. While not the lowest quote, it certainly wasn't close to the highest. Their installation team was courteous, professional and the installation was seamless. I will absolutely look to them first for any future AC needs.

We spoke to Sam at the Home and Garden show and were immediately impressed with Zimmer for our HVAC needs. Sam was very low pressure and laid out the options for us. Installation of our new Infinity system was performed on March 2nd/3rd and we were very pleased with our technicians, Mose, Ziggy and Sparkman. They did excellent work, were respectful of our house and clean-up was great. Zimmer gets our vote for Heating and Cooling needs!

Dan was absolutely amazing not just professional but he treats you as if you grew up together. From the time of the quote to time of installation was just a few days and that was due to my schedule. The crew that installed the system was phenomenal they explained what they were doing in a way that a troglodyte like myself could understand I cannot recommend them enough. I was also encouraged to get other quotes from their competitors. The transparency with Zimmer was very refreshing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They say you get what you pay for, and that's especially true for HVAC installations. Zimmer wasn't a cheap option out of those I considered but I'm extremely happy that I went with Zimmer.

I had a Mitsubishi hyper heat central ducted air handler and outdoor unit installed, which was upsized from the previous heat pump and needed the plenums to be remade. It was a big job!

The quoting process was smooth, Dan understood what my goals and priorities were for the install and took them into account. I was very happy that he performed a manual-J (one of only two out of 6 companies who did this) to confirm the sizing needs of my home.

The install crew was respectful of my property while they were onsite. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and once install was complete. They did great work to install the units, it's a nice and clean install.

If you have the budget I highly recommend Zimmer for HVAC installs.

Brian stopped by as scheduled today. One of my hvac units had stopped working, but in a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and waited for the room to warm up. He was the consummate professional and Logan Services charged a reasonable price for the job. I would absolutely call them again.

Bobby, Bryce, and Blake installed a new A/C and furnace at my residence and they did a fantastic job! Very professional, polite, clean, and completed in one day. Explained how the process would go before they began, and didn't stop until the install was completed. Outstanding, I needed to have my heat pump and furnace replaced. After getting 5 quotes from different companies Logan was my choice. Sales rep was easy to speak with and explained things throughly and why he recommended what he recommended. The installation team was right on time and very professional.

Logan Services just installed a central furnace and air unit at my property . The service was extremely professional.Jamie from sales was on site the day I called , wrote up an estimate that was fair and scheduled the install. Joshua the service tech arrived at the agreed time and installed the furnace to the agreed upon estimate.Great team to work with .I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

The whole process started with Jeff Luce coming out and checking our furnace on a maintenance plan and discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. From this point forward we asked for three estimates replacing the heat exchanger, replacing the furnace, and replacing furnace and air conditioner. After discussing everything with my wife we decided to go and replace everything.
I called Jeff the next day and we set up next day installation for his team to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 which worked out great.
Dylan Grant and Alex were the three guys that were sent out, and they did an excellent job installing everything let me know what they were doing as they were going and when they got done they did all the testing that needed to be done, and showed me everything that I needed to know about both systems and how to operate the new thermostat. They cleaned up thoroughly got all of their stuff out got their truck loaded and away they went.
I would like to think Dillion,Grant, and Alex for doing such a great job and would recommend these guys anytime. I'd also like to say I would recommend Logan services also for getting this done so quickly

Decided on replacing my AC and Furnace. Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. Was no pressure while I received multiple quotes from different companies. Their price was very competitive but not the lowest. Multiple payment options are offered and once I made the decision to buy the system it was installed within 2 days. Install crew was great. Very clean and took the time to explain the operation thoroughly. Would recommend.
