The sales person Matt was very professional and informative. The installation crew were all very nice and did a decent job. We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed. The only issues we had was something left loose and natural gas leaked into our home. We called and convinced them to come the next day when we noticed it. Fixed quickly. Only other issue were hand prints left on the side of our home . The install crew kept everything inside protected and cleaned up well. All in all I feel like we received a fair price for a top notch system. Customer service, even on a Saturday, was excellent.

Just recently,1/13/2023, had our heat pump and electric heating system replaced. The only piece that was good was the humidifier. The installers showed up early and never stopped until the job was completed. It took approx 5 hours to do the job. The installers were very friendly and professional. Kudos to your team for pushing through in getting this completed with such lousy weather. Corcoran and Harnist is my go to HVAC company. Great job all around

This recent visit was great! For over 20 yrs we have continued to be very happy with the reliability & thoroughness of Corcoran & Harnist employees plus they take time to listen & answer questions. The prepaid maintenance agreements have worked well & reminders to schedule these in Spring & fall to ensure dependability of heating & air-conditioning!!

I regularly work with Cochran and Harnist so it’s a biased review. They are terrific and provide good value. They installed my high velocity HVAC Unico system) and while we are still trying to quiet it they have worked with me and continue to try to improve it. Recently they installed a combo boiler/water heater and that is working well. Jordan was my latest maintenance tech and he identified an issue with my HVAC unit and repaired it at half the cost. They provide terrific value. Steve (field Svc supervisor) and Ken have been terrific partners to work with. I highly recommend them (and will even “higher” when Steve finds the Unico baffling :-).

Our ac died in the hottest week of the year. They were able to come within 24 hours, installed a new system, and had it running before they left in the afternoon. I am very happy with them.

Jordan performed service at 2 of our locations today. He was prompt, personable, efficient. He was very helpful in suggesting improvements we can make and repairs we needed. Highly recommend.

We have yearly maintenance and their crew is always professional, arrival and polite customer approach. When we need immediate service they are always there on time. Making appointments is at our convenience. We would give them a 10+ star rating, if there was one.

This firm is top-rate! C & H have been servicing our HVAC unit for 28 years for residential and previously maintained a multi-unit rental property until we sold that. Dan is prompt, tidy and extremely knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!

While no one wants to find out 2 days after Christmas that their furnace is unsafe and needs to be replaced immediately, these guys made the experience as positive as possible. Having dealt with them for years, we knew we were in good hands. They had things up and running as fast as possible, thoroughly and patiently went over options, and were professional and very tidy in completing the work. We would strongly recommend them.

Our furnace and air conditioner are 22yrs old and they have always provided great service and care, making small repairs to keep things running efficiently! They were able to get here the same day and at the time they said they would. Jordan (the tech) was quick and thorough. He got our heat working for us on a 10 degrees January day. Extremely pleased with all aspects of doing business with Corcoran & Harnist. When I met with Ken (Sales Rep), I knew I was in good hands. Ken walked me through all my options, and gave me ample information in order to help me select which system would be best for my budget and home. 3 days later, Jim, Mitchell, Spencer and Jake showed up to install my new system. These guys really knew there stuff, and I was surprised how quick they got my system up and running. The techs at my home explained to me exactly what they would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with where things were going (exhaust for new furnace) and being moved to (duct work) before they even lifted a tool. They even left my basement utility area cleaner than how they found it! I would highly recommend Corcoran & Harnist to anyone who is needing HVAC work in their home, even my Grandmother!

Very unhappy with the customer service! We were customer before spending thousands on a new HVAC system and received rude employee when I explained I booked an appointment online via their website. Was told they don’t do online booking but the website says differently. Switching my HVAC co. To Thomas and Galbraith.

Very pleased with my service today. Dan Mangold, one of the technicians came out promptly and was friendly and professional. He was here for a routine cleaning but was able to problem shoot and fix a separate issue on the fly, very knowledgeable and much appreciated.
