I have had a great experience twice now using Corcoran and Harnist. Jordan was very thorough with his work and in explaining everything he saw during the furnace cleaning. Will definitely be calling again for future HVAC repairs and tune ups.

All the technicians are very knowledgeable and respectful. Cody is a standout. Brandy makes scheduling easy! Warm, friendly and very helpful. Our HVAC system was installed by Corcoran in 2006 and they have been great every step of the way!

My technician, Rick, just left after my routine maintenance appointment. This is the best tech I've had from this company! He was courteous and didn't mind when I asked him to put on booties because of just getting new carpet installed. He was so thorough and expeditious. I could tell he enjoys his job. That says a lot about the company. Thanks again, Rick for a good start to my 2024!

In particular, Noah & Hayden did a fantastic job with installation, knew the products well & explained the features. Both extremely polite, respectful, & helpful.

They sent their repairman, Jacob, out to fix my furnace which was not heating my house. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional — he found the source of the issue and repaired it same day. I was very happy with the price and quality of work done. Will be calling this company in the future for any other repairs.

Our family has been dealing with C&H for nearly 25 years. Always quick to respond and always professional. Their service and sales give you the available options and don't try to up-sell something you don't need.

C&H recently installed our new furnace, replacing one they installed for us almost 25 years ago. A coworker of mine recently had his comparable furnace replaced as a side job by someone who works for another HVAC company to save money. His install took multiple after hours visits around the installer's work schedule.

We called C&H on a Monday morning for a service call and had a repair tech within 2 hours. He explained the expensive repair but suggested it might be worth replacing the furnace for the age and cost. A sales rep visited us that afternoon, explained all available options, and eliminated the top-tier that was more than we needed for our home. Our new furnace was delivered and installed on Thursday of that week. When my coworker asked how much C&H charged me, he was shocked to learn that he hadn't saved any money on his side job install!

Been working with this company for over 5 years now. Just had to have my whole furnace replaced, everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked diligently to get the furnace replaced quickly due to the holiday coming up and the cold weather, and when the technicians arrived, they were professional, courteous and efficient. Always a reliably good experience in difficult circumstances.

AC went out last night. It was getting pretty toasty. Thankfully Jordan at Corcoran & Harnist came out fast and got us back up and running within an hour. The emergency fee, imho, was reasonable (certainly less than going and getting some window units to limp along til whenever they could come out the next day) and Jordan, our Tech, worked fast but took the time to show me a few things to look for to help maintain the health of my AC unit. He was also personable… which I can say as someone who also does on-call overnight for my job is not easy.

They made a long time customer out of me. I plan on using them for my yearly maintenance.

I couldn’t wait to review this excellent company! They responded incredibly quickly to replace our furnace in one day! Our choices were explained clearly and thoroughly so my husband and I could make informed decisions, getting the perfect unit for our needs. I was given brochures with prices and other details to help me convey exactly what our options were to my husband. The installers were prompt, polite and cleaned up so I hardly knew they had been there. The systems they install are all Carrier brand, which I’ve come to understand was a company founded by the INVENTOR of air conditioning!! You just cannot go wrong with these guys, IMHO. 😊

My A/C stopped working on a holiday weekend, and I was impressed that someone was available for service within a short time of calling. Jordan was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and able to quickly fix the problem. He kept me informed of what he was doing and made sure other components checked out okay before he left. C&H does a great job servicing our HVAC. I highly recommend them and specifically Dan the technician. He is always on time, courteous and capable.

The first warm day of the year, we tried to run our a/c and it wasn’t working, I called Corcoran and Harnist who had sold us the system 4 years ago.

I was able to get a next day appointment to address the issue. Jordan Clenney was the service technician who came out and he really tried to work with us to come up with the most cost effective solution. Jordan was professional and very personable. Even though the news for repair wasn’t the greatest it was still great customer service and I would recommend them.

I had an issue with a furnace in a house that I own. I called and spoke with Zach; he got me scheduled for the next day in the AM.
Jim, the service technician was very knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem, within minutes, the system was up and working. You can't find a more honest, friendly heating and air company, they believe in treating their customers like family.

I rarely write reviews, but C&H has done such a good job for us, I wanted to call them out. They're great at what they do and honest.They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Just good customer care. Easy 5 stars. We switched to them this spring at the perfect time. In June, our 23 yr old AC died and they installed a new one promptly and with 0% financing. They followed up 3 times to make adjustments until we were happy with the thermostat. This fall our 20 yr old boiler had big issues that the previous HVAC company missed. Dave was observant enough to catch what might have been a big problem and was SUPER thorough in making sure the repair was done well. A fair price, too. It's rare to find such high-quality HVAC work and customer service like this today.

I came home from vacation to -1 degree temperatures and my 20+ year old furnace died! Replacement parts for such an old furnace would take several days and honestly wouldn’t have been worth the cost. Corcoran and Harnist owner Taylor Harnist was AWESOME. Shared options with me, answered my questions, never tried to up or over sell me, and had my new furnace in the very next day. Recently, Mitch, Stewart, and Brian tackled a very tough boiler pipe repair job that other companies passed on due to its complexity. They accepted the challenge and did not quit, coming up with solutions until it was fixed. Price is fair and they are honest group. Will continue to partner with them.

Dan Mangold performed a service call at our house today and did an excellent job. He explained exactly why we needed a new part and the benefits of leaving the fan running all the time. We would be extremely happy if he would be the one to service our house every time we have a service call. He is definitely an asset to your company.
