Jon and Sam replaced my water heater. They were very timely and kind. They even let my 3 year old watch and help with his play tools. Very good service, very fair price. I am impressed with their capabilities. They give the feeling of a local small business but have capabilities and service offerings that exceed the large commercial companies.

Air-Plus has to be one of the best HVAC companies in the Cincinnati area! They installed 2 new AC units along with ductwork in my 120 year old house in 2016. When my 50 year old boiler finally died last month, they responded so quickly and replaced it with a new high efficiency boiler. I love their fantastic customer service and their rates are always the most competitive. I recommend Rob and his team for any type of HVAC work!

This is the second time I have used this company and I have also used them for my business location as well. Jon came out to help me with more of an urgent matter and we were up and running immediately. He actually helped me with another quick issue while he was there and I was incredibly grateful. As a business owner, customer service should always be at the forefront of your products and services and I would never highly recommend a company if I didn’t believe they possessed all of those assets. I will certainly continue to use and promote Air-Plus.

Alan and Jon were such an incredible team and those guys are truly like artists with their work!! They were incredibly communicative, positive and simply love what they do...and that speaks volumes to me, especially as a business owner. I've been using and referring this company for almost a year now...and I've worked with around 13 other HVAC/Plumbing companies in prior years with different projects...It's nice knowing I can move forward and have a home with Air Plus. Truly a genuinely happy customer here!

Excellent service. Fred had a custom made air filter done for me in a hour or so when I was in a bind and couldn't find the size I needed anywhere else!

Very customer oriented, extremely helpful people. One of the few in the area that supply Mitsubishi VRV units boards.
They even have popcorn machine in place to munch on while ordering supplies.
Very clean also.
Since I was not able to make it before the closing time they kept doors open so I could still place the order. Prices are very reasonable and overnight delivery was surprisingly cheap. Thanks again.

One of the worst supply house I ever encountered. I wasLooking for a Specific motor mount That I need to get a customer’s Heat back on. At first, everything was great. The gentleman in The front desk Informed me that they don’t have that specific motor mount in stock, but was able to order one and have it here by Monday. I ask him if he can tell me what the part number is So I can look around other supply Houses To see if they have That motor mount in stock cause I need it today. That’s when his attitude completely changed. He got pretty nasty with me. He told me that’s not his problem. He is not gonna give me the part number so I can source it at another Supply house. The funny thing is that gentlemen at the beginning told me he was trying to get The company I work for to do business with them. How the hell would my company that I work for want do business with you after The service we got from you?
