Couldn't have been better. We talked with an excellent and honest salesperson who arranged for installation of a new furnace the next day. Both installers were clean, efficient and friendly. the new unit works great.

I had been happy with Reupert for a few years servicing both my boiler and Later the mini split ac, with 2 pumps. They first replaced one of the pumps at a cost of $1300+. Several months later they said the other pump had to be replaced. At a cost of $800+. 5 months later, the $800 pump failed and Reupert said it needed to be replaced under warranty. When I called to schedule, I was given the run around many times- promising me call backs, etc.
I tried again a few months later, still within the warranty and was given the run around again.
At that point I called another a/c company. They came out and told me that both pumps needed to be replaced and charged $824 for
both.
I’ve learned that mini split systems are unique unto them selves and not all companies are qualified to service them. I do not appreciate that Reupert blew me off for the warranty after overcharging me.

Joe and his team have been amazing to work with. We received a total of four quotes for a full furnace and A/C replacement and have struggled with heating and cooling for our second floor for years. My idea was to add a ductless system to our second-floor main bedroom. I explained this to all the companies that we got quotes from and all included a ductless system for the second floor. Joe Reupert was the only one that pushed back pretty hard and said, "let's try a few things to see if we can resolve the second-floor issues first". He told us that he's gladly put us in the ductless system if we wanted, but he didn't think we would need it. He made adjustments to our duct vents in the basement (he spent over an hour at our place doing all this and the quote) and got the second-floor heating before he left and asked us to see how things went over the next few days. We accepted their quote and signed by the end of that week. Their install team was amazing, arrived early and wrapped up before 4 pm every day and we had heat before they left on the first day (a major blessing seeing as the outside temps had dropped to freezing that night). We highly recommend them and will continue to work with them from now on. Very happy with the hardware and service all around!
