We have used Rineair to provide yearly summer / winter service,. They previously replaced a new construction furnace which was 15 years old and today they replaced a 23 year old Air Conditioner. Our AC went out last night and with the 90 degree plus temps coming in tomorrow we were hoping they would have available time to assist. Rineair personnel were quick to respond and provided an explanation of the problem that I could understand. Great people. Will continue to use for these type needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible... service guy was prompt though. Could not help me. Spent 20-25 minutes there. My issue is the fee of $209 , which included the service charge of $89 plus a rate of $250 per hour. They should have been up front about the hourly rate ! Simple math. Service guy said I would get an invoice by email for my records and of course that did NOT happen either. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all !

I own a business with 6 rooftop HVAC units and hired RineAir to replace them. They were very professional and easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations completing the job in one day when all the estimates (4) I got told me 2 days. They left our property very clean and made sure I know how the thermostats worked before leaving. I highly recommend them.

Devon came and spent several hours at our home, diagnosing all the problems and addressing them with full disclosure.

The furnace installer David Dixon and his coworker were very professional. He answered all of my questions regarding the new furnace and its operation. They were punctual and cleaned up very well the work area. I will certainly use Jansen again if need be and recommend to friends.

Stephen Davis was my technician and he was terrific. He came on a callback after my furnace suffered the same issue after a prior technician came a week before. He took the time to not only correct the symptom, but diagnose the root cause and then fix that. While he was at it he checked several other parameters and addressed a flame sensor that was getting close to being fouled. He also explained everything he was doing along the way. While no one likes a service visit, this was about as good as it gets.

Brett and Brayden were very professional and thoroughly went over my AC system explaining everything that was done. They took their time and did a quality job and I look forward to seeing them in the fall to go over my gas heating system as well.

AC went out on a Sunday in 97 degree heat. Jansen had a guy on site in less than an hour. Tech was knowledgable, polite and did a great job. A+.

What can I say? These guys are amazing! Matt is probably the most particular installer that I have ever met. When I say that his work is meticulous, I am in no way overstating his craftsmanship. His wiring and plumbing lines are extremely neat and his effort to keep the area clean while he was working did not go unnoticed either. I am as my close friends would say, "OCD". So, I notice everything and when it is wrong, it makes me nuts. When Boone County came to inspect the job, the inspector even remarked on how clean the install was and how impressed he was in the work.

So, if you are looking for a company that does good work at a fair price, look no further.

I called for service and they came same day. They provided great quotes, and I was able to have my furnace replaced the next day. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. I’m excited to work with them in the future.

Edit: Speaking of working with them in the future, our AC went out (as expected, it was very old) and the Tech was able to get it jump started and functioning over the weekend before the replacement could go in. He saved us a ton of money doing that, then even had the foresight to cancel our comfort club visit so we could use it for a future date. The AC came in the following week (holiday weekend), and went in super quick. We're back to comfortable temperatures and super happy with our service by Jansen once again.

It started with Jansen's service tech Devin discovering that CO levels in our flue were astronomically high and our furnace having to be shut off during the coldest point of winter. But DJ was at our house that afternoon to run through our options and was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Matt and Justin were at our door first thing in the morning two days later. They even had the new furnace installed ahead of schedule.

My family owes the entire Jansen team a debt of gratitude.

I recently had to have repairs done on my heat pump. Stephen and Brayden from Jansen Heating and Cooling did a great job. They were on time and figured out the problem right away. I was very happy with the service I received.

Jansen heating and cooling was a wonderful experience. I called the morning of the coldest day of the year. They had a service tech at my house within 2 hrs. Devon, did a great job, and was very informative answering my questions. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He picked up the new part, ck'ed other functions of my unit, and installed the part. He had my system up, running, and heating in less than 3 hrs of when he arrived. Thanks to Jansen heat, and service tech Devon for a quick and professional repair!!
