Very bad experience. They sent 1 guy out for $100 and told us what needed to be fixed and we saved the money over 2 weeks to afford it. They then sent another guy (not the same guy) and he told us we needed even more expensive parts. Why did the the previous technician not say that or see that? Or did the new person break something else? We do not have an extra 3,000 laying around. Some people just don’t have it like that. I’ll never know but I have someone else coming to fix it for the original 1,300 they first quoted us. Avoid this company, price gouging.

The repair personnel was very nice & polite, he was very helpful, I definitely appreciate his knowledge and ability to help take care of everything so quick & efficiently. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that has Heating or Air Conditioning issues in the future. I also will be a repeat customer. Thank you agin

Adam was on time, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I appreciated that he reviewed the notes provided and respected the information and testing we had done without being dismissive. This is the second time I've called One Hour and both times the technicians were very helpful and did their best to mitigate costs and unnecessary work, as well as being friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. Called them & about an hour later a very polite young man named Cody showed up. Cody was very polite & professional. He did an amazing job. Very happy with the service I got. They cleared out my dryer vents which were very clogged. I definitely recommend their service.

Great Guy. Showed up and worked on gas furnace and went above getting to the root of the problem. Thanks Again Jordon. Had to get a new Heating and Air System. 18 years took its toll. Mat and his team took control and did an amazing job installing nice Furnace and larger Air Conditioner and went far beyond what we thought. This company is amazing. Thank You for everything 5 stars

Devon was so thourgh.he checked everything you need to have checked in a maintenace visit. He did 20 times the service as the other popular companies provide. He really knows his job. He was great at educating the customer on general heating systems. He was able to answer every question or concern. I hope One Hour Heating and Air conditioning treats him farily.

Oak was very nice and professional. He found our problem and fixed it quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable about the system. We are grateful for Oak and most definitely for having heat again!

Fast arrival time hours after calling for diagnostic service. Tech did not use any tools, meters or diagnostic equipment to measure voltages, power, failed electrical etc. Did not look visually to inspect unit. He touched the exhaust stating the issue was a induced motor as he guaranteed his knowledge based on the sound he heard as the unit attempted to build compression and heat up. He estimated price is 800.00 USD making comments about the best financial decision is to purchase a new furnace for around 7,000.00 USD. He shared the warranty, process to installation and additional costs for duct work. He went to his truck to order/look up the part needed to build me a quote. He came in to express that he would not be able to get the part needed, nor would it be possible to purchase a new furnace with in the next week's. He voiced that he could not complete any repairs and would not be charging me anything for today's visit. He had me sign to confirm zero dollars and said id receive a spec report. I received a text to complete this Google review but no report except a diagnostic report stating my unit is working. Today I had my furnace repaired working as it should by replacing the igniter it was cracked, burnt and covered with soot. Even if 1 hour would have charged me 800.00 the furnace would not be working.

In the midst of this spell of freezing weather, my month old furnace decided not to give heat. I am grateful that Cole was assigned to evaluate and repair. He arrived promptly and was very thorough in identifying the problem and getting it corrected. He did and excellent job and I appreciate having a warm home once again.

Told me that I needed a whole new furnace. I bought a new transformer and electrodes for $81 on Amazon, installed following setup instructions and gauge from Beckett. It works like new. Seems like they just wanted to score big with me instead of fix anything. Very disappointing.

Setting the appointment was easy. The communication before my appointment was helpful. Drew (very nice and professional) checked and corrected an issue. He then checked my heat pump as part of the visit.

So happy you had an open appointment. I WILL call you again if I ever have an issue.

Had them come in and check my ducts. They found several issues that they fixed as they went. With that done, I had them come back a clean out the vents. The noticed that my vent overs didn’t have anchors and remedied that, showed me the dirt and debris that they got out as well. I highly recommend them! I had One Hour Heating & Cooling out for my yearly furnace inspection and maintenance, and they also installed a defrost thermostat on my outdoor unit. Jason Bingaman was the technician who handled everything, and he was outstanding from start to finish.

Jason was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained what he was doing, answered every question without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was great with my pets and genuinely amazing with my kids — patient, friendly, and just an all-around good guy to have in your home.

It’s rare to get this level of customer service anymore, and Jason delivered it effortlessly. I’d absolutely recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jason as your tech.

Our experience from start to finish was simply amazing! They were incredibly informative with each part. They explained everything thoroughly and the install was very smooth. They really do know what they are doing and definitely know their information. Thank you for everything you all did!

Every single person that came out to our home was respectful and listened to our concerns. We were having ventilation issues but our AC unit was running fine so it was a bit out of the norm. We had the system looked at by another HVAC company who gave us costs a few thousand dollars higher and didn’t do as thorough a job at explaining and setting expectations.
Bobby came out to our home and was super respectful and knowledgeable, my husband had a lot of questions and he answered everything. Not only that but he had us an estimate that day and installers out to look at the system to confirm what could be done within 3 business days.
The installers were able to get to work that day and address our concerns SAME DAY! They put down floor protectors and cleaned up all messed created from the work. The installers themselves were also respectful of the house and knowledgeable walking us through the system.
We had another gentleman come out the next day to move our system away from the wall for better airflow. He was very helpful and respectful of my garden that was right next to it even though he had to pull up some brick to set it up.
Overall we will be using this company again and I am thrilled with the service. (Also they were very nice to our cats and dog) 😁
