I had a frozen and busted water line in my wall. The service was prompt, very professional and Charles had a wonderful attitude, very friendly and knowledgeable.
He wore booties through the house so he didn't track in snow and mud. The pricing was super fair and affordable. I could not be happier and I highly recommend this company.

We had a major plumbing issue in the kitchen. Technicians Charlie and Logan spent 10 hours completing the job. Even on hour 10 they were upbeat, friendly and finished the job perfectly. Great Techs, great company!

Was here as soon as we called him. This is the only company we will be using.

Called last week due to parents furnace not working. Said they would arrive by lunch time on Friday. No show. Tried calling both numbers they gave me repeatedly with no answer. Still haven't received a response or answer from them. Would of gave zero stars if possible.

They are a no BS shop. Doesn't try to upsell you on anything. On multiple occasions I've called and he gave me a tip on what to try first saving me money on them having to come out.

Installed a new system a few years back at a different house of mine and just helped me with service at my new place. Great service. Repeat customer. Highly recommend.

Called them for a second opinion after one hour heating and air said we needed a new furnace 8-9,000$ he came the next day cleared some leaves from one of the pipes that goes into the furnace and said it works great. Wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time and for saving us thousands right around Christmas. I’ll never call anyone else!!

I had a fantastic experience with the furnace installation service. The installer SHAWN AND DAN was not only prompt and professional but also demonstrated excellent attention to detail. The heating system works flawlessly, and I appreciate the thoroughness of the entire process. I can now see the humidifier is for sure working and he even put the "thing" so I can adjust the humidity inside the house. And was surprise they put the carbon monoxide alarm too. I'm so happy! Cody and Ron were fantastic! We bought a house and desperately needed a thorough cleaning of our air ducts. These guys went above and beyond getting them spotless, and explained in detail everything we needed to know. They were such a delight to have around, very kind and friendly! It feels cleaner in here already and I know my allergies are thankful for their efficiency.

Michael came out and had it diagnosed and fixed in under an hour!!! He was knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through everything he was doing. When I called for a repair appointment they offered me to join their club for additional savings! The repair call was discounted, the repair was 15% off, and they give you two services per year!!! Great techs and great prices!!!!

The service was excellent and the technicians were very professional. I wish the price had been a little lower but I appreciate the thoroughness of the service. Compared to your compeititor, who had a lower price Bryce and Briggs exceeded the expected service levels we wanted and won our business. Thank you.

The overall service that was provided was good, however the technician did not wear footies when he enteried my house a subsequently tracked mud into my house which will require me to have one of my rugs cleaned. Irrespective of the technician I thought the cost for the service was extremely high…over $400 to install a capacitor that typically costs $10 to $20 and takes about ten minutes to change is outrageous.

You installed my current furnace over 10 years ago and have provided excellent service. I only gave you 4 stars due to the latest change you've made to your technicians this past year. They're very good at their job but they seem to be spending as much time trying to make a sale as they do hvac work. This is very disturbing since they aren't trained to do sales. Other than that they do a great job.

The two techs. Jason Austin. Morales. They were awesome. So helpful. Even checked to see that I should have 2 free checkups Since we had just purchased our system 6 months ago The scheduler didn’t mention that ! That’s $200.00 Now that’s great customer service. I will be asking for them for my next service visit. Super guys !!

I’ve been a loyal customer for about four years, and I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of your technicians. However, I must express my disappointment with the service I received today from Mr. Eric.

Unlike other technicians I’ve worked with—including the gentleman who came yesterday and provided excellent service—Mr. Eric showed little concern for my needs. He was very brief and simply stated that he could not work on the system, without making any effort to troubleshoot the problem or offer possible solutions.

I rely on One Hour because of the quality and care your team usually provides, but today’s experience did not meet those standards. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would appreciate more attentive and solution-oriented service in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HEATING AND AC SERVICE. They will rip you off without care. We purchased a brand new heater and ac unit less than two years ago. We have had nothing but problems since. The new units cost over 10k, and I’m still paying for them. I now have moisture in my house that is causing mold which they say they can’t do anything about. They have been out 3 or 4 times due to the heater not working and each time have temporarily fixed the issues. Each time it’s a different issue. Today they are asking for $684 to replace a circuit board which is covered under warranty but the labor is not which is the $684. It should not be like this. We were not expecting to be ripped off by this company. If any one that can help reads this, please reply to this comment. Lawyers, technicians, anyone. My family cannot continue to suffer due to negligence. Consumers. Please think really hard before you decide to use this company. I do not wish this burden on anyone.

We absolutely love One Hour Heating and Cooling and we especially love Drew! He is kind, professional, experienced and explains what he’s doing in a way that I can understand. They send a text prior letting you know who your service provider is with a picture and a little bio it’s SO HELPFUL and so nice to know exactly who will coming into your home. I cannot say enough good things about Drew and the company overall.

Bobby was great.
He answered all our technical questions, and even stepped us through the financing options. We couldn't be more impressed. After dealing with him I am sure we picked the right company to take care of our heating and cooling needs.

When our furnace went out we called One hour heating and cooling Dominic came out within 2 days to look at our furnace he explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what was going on. He came to the conclusion that we would need a new furnace because ours was 20+ years old and one of the parts we needed was unavailable. He scheduled an appointment for Scott to come out and give us an estimate on a new furnace and central air system. After meeting with Scott we decided to go ahead and purchase both. Mathew, Tucker, and Stoney came out a few days later to install our new furnace and central air system. All of these gentlemen were kind and professional. Any issues we came across they handled promptly and professionally. Our new system is great and we are happy we chose them!

From the first call to job completion everything was fantastic. They were able to come out within about an hour. Our technician Oak was very personable. He was prompt, polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone who needed HVAC service!!

They cleaned our ducts. But by cleaned them I mean they worked for over 3 hours with a 2 man team to really get them clean. They didn't just run a whip up and down a couple of vents, they went into every duct and removed TWO giant vacuum bags full of dirt and dust. 70 years worth of nastiness. Most impressive. They worked diligently and professionally and were genuinely friendly guys. We've had nothing but great experiences with One Hour and their other two sister companies Mr.Sparky electric, and Ben Franklin plumbing. We've used all 3 companies and cannot recommend them enough. 5 outta 5- highly recommend
